Mistral

Compared with the usual high street outlet, the prices here were noticeably lower for the same spec of hand tools, and the descriptions were more accurate about weight and size. I've bought from the bigger sites for years and rarely bother to check reviews now. Delivery was tracked and arrived a day early, packed in plenty of padding.

Compared with the high street chain I used to go to for garden tools, the prices here are a good deal lower for what looks like the same spec. I bought a border fork and a hand trowel. The descriptions were accurate about weight, which I did not expect. I'm pleased with the purchase and I'd happily go back.

I needed a warm coat for the school run and didn't want to spend much. Found a padded jacket here with a decent price tag and free delivery over a set amount. It arrived in three days, fits fine, and the zip works. Sensible buy.

I needed something for my nephew's birthday that would arrive before the weekend, and I was panicking. Found a board game on the site at lunchtime, ordered, and it turned up Saturday morning. Brilliant, he was thrilled.

Compared with the bigger online stores I usually check, the prices on the cordless screwdriver set were clearly lower, and the listing gave proper details about the torque and battery. I like being able to see the spec before buying. The order came in two days, well packed. Less faff than the other places.

Really pleased with this, first time ordering and it was simple to sign up and check out. The item turned up two days later and worked straight out of the box. Would order again.

Honestly the best bit was the courier tracking, I could see the van on the map literally three streets away. Ordered a pair of gym bags on my phone in the queue at Costa, they arrived Thursday like they said. Checkout was dead easy, saved my card so it took about ten seconds. Would order again no bother.

I bought a pair of wireless earbuds as my first order here after reading about them on a forum. They arrived in three days and the sound is better than my old pair, which is all I wanted. Checkout was quick and I got a confirmation email straight away. Would order again.

I've been using cordless drills for years and the one I bought here is exactly the model I was after, the battery and chuck are the same spec as the ones I've used at work. The price was lower than the big retailers and the order came next day. Well packed, no damage. Happy customer.

I needed a replacement set of spark plugs for the van, and I've been ordering from this site since they started. Knew exactly what I was getting and the part numbers matched the fitting list. Order arrived the next morning, and the price was competitive as usual. Dependable.

This is the cheapest I've seen for a decent set of bike lights, and they're bright enough for my commute. Delivery was quick and the parcel was packed well. Worth the price, no complaints, I'd buy from them again for other bits.

Just wanted to say the order was spot on, bought a phone case and it turned up before I'd even finished my tea. Checkout worked first time on my phone, no faffing about. Exactly as pictured. Would use again.

I bought a pack of storage boxes, the most useful thing I've bought all year for the money. Checkout was quick and the price was lower than the big chains. They turned up in three days, a bit squashed on one corner but nothing broken. Really good value.
