MandM

We needed a proper set of curtains for the new flat and the windows are awkward sizes. Compared three or four places and this had the widest drop options at a fair price. They hang nicely, block the light well and came in good time.

Looked at three other sites first and MandM was the cheapest by a fair bit for the same thing. Signing up was a bit fiddly though, the verification email took about two days to show up and I nearly gave up.

The first thing I noticed was how well the parcel was packed, nothing got squashed even though the boots came in a tiny box. Took about four days to arrive which is fine. Price was a bit higher than another site I checked but I got the boots so whatever.

Went with the grey trainers after comparing about four other sites. These fit true to size, the cushioning is comfy for a long shift on my feet and the sole has held up well after a few months. Delivery was quick and the price was the best I could find.

Really happy with this, it arrived on time and does exactly what it's meant to. Ordering was quick on my phone and the site didn't play up at checkout. Will be back for the next thing I need.

Got the phone case and it does the job, though it took ages to arrive, like nine days. Customer service was fine when I messaged them though. Not sure I'd rush back for it.

I needed a decent winter coat for commuting and was fussy about the hood and the length. Know a fair bit about outdoor kit and this one has a warm, well sealed zip and a hood that stays put in wind. Price is reasonable for what you get and the delivery was quick, so I'll be back for sure.

I've been looking at this kind of thing for a while so I knew the spec I wanted before I even opened the site. Everything was where I expected it to be and the filters actually worked properly, which is more than I can say for some places. The only thing I'd flag is that the delivery window was broader than I'd like, but it turned up when they said it would.

Honestly it's not the best I've bought but it's ok for the price. The jumper came a size off from what I expected and the returns process was a bit of a faff. Would maybe try again but not sure.

What stands out to me after years of ordering is how the site remembers my delivery address and saved sizes. The latest order arrived a day later than the estimate but the driver rang ahead. Still the most reliable place I order from.

Honestly this is good value for what you pay. Delivery came in three days and the order tracking was accurate. Only niggle is the returns form, took me a while to find where to print the label.

Ordered the blue hoodie last week and it arrived in two days which was quick. Fabric is a bit thinner than the photos made it look but fits fine and the colour is spot on. Would order again tbh, just wish the sizing chart was more accurate.

Our old boiler timer packed in on a Friday and I needed a replacement before the weekend because the heating was off in the house. I know my way around these things so I was checking the spec carefully before I ordered. The order went through without any fuss and the part was with me by Monday morning, which was a relief. Packing was fine, everything was wrapped properly and the part was exactly as listed.

Compared it to the cheaper model I had before and this is a clear step up for not much more cash. Build is more solid and the battery lasts properly. Delivery was quick and the order confirmation came straight through.

We needed something small and reliable for the caravan after our old one gave up. Went with this after reading a few reviews and it has been brilliant, heats up quickly and the auto cut off works well. Easy to order and it turned up exactly when it said it would.

Compared it with the usual brand I always buy and this works out a good bit less for basically the same spec. Quality feels solid, the seams are neat and the lining is soft. Delivery was prompt and packed well, I'd happily buy again for the price.

Looked at a few places before settling on this, and the price was the deciding factor. Everything arrived in one go and the item is exactly as described. Checkout was simple and I've already got a second one on the list for my sister.

Bought the wireless charger pad for my bedside table and it's been working every night since. I know the difference between the cheap ones and this, and the charge speed is spot on for a pad this size. Ordering took two minutes.

Went through a few options before ordering and this came out ahead on value. The garden hose fittings are solid brass and the reel was easy to put together. Dispatch was same day and it arrived on time, which is why it's stuck.

Compared it with the big chains first and this came out cheaper for the same type of jacket. Stitching is decent but the zip felt a bit stiff out of the box. Fair enough for the money.
