Looked at three other sites first and MandM was the cheapest by a fair bit for the same thing. Signing up was a bit fiddly though, the verification email took about two days to show up and I nearly gave up.

The first thing I noticed was how well the parcel was packed, nothing got squashed even though the boots came in a tiny box. Took about four days to arrive which is fine. Price was a bit higher than another site I checked but I got the boots so whatever.

I've been looking at this kind of thing for a while so I knew the spec I wanted before I even opened the site. Everything was where I expected it to be and the filters actually worked properly, which is more than I can say for some places. The only thing I'd flag is that the delivery window was broader than I'd like, but it turned up when they said it would.

What stands out to me after years of ordering is how the site remembers my delivery address and saved sizes. The latest order arrived a day later than the estimate but the driver rang ahead. Still the most reliable place I order from.

Honestly this is good value for what you pay. Delivery came in three days and the order tracking was accurate. Only niggle is the returns form, took me a while to find where to print the label.

Ordered the blue hoodie last week and it arrived in two days which was quick. Fabric is a bit thinner than the photos made it look but fits fine and the colour is spot on. Would order again tbh, just wish the sizing chart was more accurate.

Our old boiler timer packed in on a Friday and I needed a replacement before the weekend because the heating was off in the house. I know my way around these things so I was checking the spec carefully before I ordered. The order went through without any fuss and the part was with me by Monday morning, which was a relief. Packing was fine, everything was wrapped properly and the part was exactly as listed.
