I have been buying the galvanised planters from them since they first started, so this is my fourth or fifth order now. The latest pair arrived well packed and the fittings were all there. Prices have crept up a little over the years but the quality has stayed the same. Customer service has always been helpful whenever I've needed to ask something, and I've never had a bad experience. Long may they carry on.

The first thing I noticed was the candle was poured in a proper glass jar with a nice lid. Scent is warm without being too heavy. The outer box came a bit squashed on one corner, which is annoying, though the jar was fine. Quick to order on my phone and the tracking was accurate.

Our shower head cracked and we needed a replacement before the weekend. Ordered on the Friday and it was due Monday, which was fine. But the item listed as in stock was actually on backorder and I had to wait for a follow up email. Not a disaster but a bit frustrating.

What I liked most was that the exact replacement seal for my washing machine door turned up with the right part number on the box. I'd been to two other places and they couldn't get it. Ordered, paid and it was here in two days. Good communication the whole way, with a text on the morning of delivery. Nothing to fault really.

The sizing chart was actually right, which is rare for online sellers in my experience. I've been sewing for about ten years so I know how often measurements are off. I bought a bundle of cotton fabric and the weight and feel were just as described. The only small thing is the postage took a couple of extra days over the weekend. Would order again.

Moved into a tiny flat last month and needed a drying rack that folds flat. Found this one and it was exactly what I wanted, sturdy and it fits behind the door. Delivered next day which saved me, I'd have been hanging stuff on the radiator. Honestly really happy with it.

Compared it to the big chain site and this was a lot easier to get through. Checkout was quick and the little bag of hair ties arrived with the order. Only thing is the delivery took a day longer than they said but fine.

This is the best cordless drill battery I have had for the money. I know my way around tools and I've tried a few brands, so I can tell. Charges quickly and holds its power through a full day of fixing fences. Delivery came next morning. Nothing to complain about.

Used to buy the same kettle descaler from a supermarket but this works out cheaper once you include the delivery. Ordered via the app and it remembered my address. Scale came off the element with one soak, which is what I'd want from it.

Got the grey duvet cover set in the sale and honestly it's so soft. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone, no faff at all. Arrived in a day, nice and flat in the bag. Already thinking about getting the pillowcases too.

Really happy with this one. Booked the replacement filter for the kitchen tap, it was a fiddly job but the instructions were in the box and the part fitted first go. Support answered my question about the size in about ten minutes.

Our boiler service was due and the old thermostat had packed in, so we needed a replacement quickly. Ordered on the site on Monday morning. The part came Wednesday, which was fine, but the confirmation email went to spam and I only found out it had dispatched by chance. Price was a bit higher than the cheaper sellers.

Ordered a bunch of fairy lights for my room and they're really nice. Checkout was easy, I did it on the bus. Only annoying bit was one of the packs had a bulb out so I had to message them, but they replied quick and sorted it. Would order again.

Bought a pair of running socks as a first order, mostly to see how it went. The site made sizing easy and they came in a plain bag. Good weight and they feel well made. Will be back for more.

I looked at a few different stores for a replacement hose reel before settling on this one. The reel is heavier and sturdier than the cheap ones I'd seen, and the price was in line with the rest. Delivery was prompt and the hose came coiled neatly. It's already saved me a lot of tangling.

I used to drive to the garden centre for seed trays but this was a far better option for me. The tray set came with clear labels and the instructions for sowing were simple to follow. I've been a customer for years and it's always been dependable. Would happily order again.

Honestly it was a close call between this and two other sites for a set of shelf brackets. This one was a few quid more than the cheapest, but the order process was quick and easy to follow. The brackets came a day later than the site said they would, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it was all fine and I'd use them again.

I needed a cheap but decent set of storage boxes for the loft and this was the one I went for. Nothing flashy, just solid plastic with proper lids. The price was the lowest I could find for a set that size. Delivery was quick and the boxes stack well.

Ordered the bulk pack of bin bags and a spare set of cable ties. Price per item was the best I could find for the money and the lot turned up in two days. Would order from them again without thinking twice.
