What I liked most was that the exact replacement seal for my washing machine door turned up with the right part number on the box. I'd been to two other places and they couldn't get it. Ordered, paid and it was here in two days. Good communication the whole way, with a text on the morning of delivery. Nothing to fault really.
Read moreOur boiler service was due and the old thermostat had packed in, so we needed a replacement quickly. Ordered on the site on Monday morning. The part came Wednesday, which was fine, but the confirmation email went to spam and I only found out it had dispatched by chance. Price was a bit higher than the cheaper sellers.
Read moreI have been buying the galvanised planters from them since they first started, so this is my fourth or fifth order now. The latest pair arrived well packed and the fittings were all there. Prices have crept up a little over the years but the quality has stayed the same. Customer service has always been helpful whenever I've needed to ask something, and I've never had a bad experience. Long may…
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the candle was poured in a proper glass jar with a nice lid. Scent is warm without being too heavy. The outer box came a bit squashed on one corner, which is annoying, though the jar was fine. Quick to order on my phone and the tracking was accurate.
The sizing chart was actually right, which is rare for online sellers in my experience. I've been sewing for about ten years so I know how often measurements are off. I bought a bundle of cotton fabric and the weight and feel were just as described. The only small thing is the postage took a couple of extra days over the weekend. Would order again.
Compared it to the big chain site and this was a lot easier to get through. Checkout was quick and the little bag of hair ties arrived with the order. Only thing is the delivery took a day longer than they said but fine.
Ordered a bunch of fairy lights for my room and they're really nice. Checkout was easy, I did it on the bus. Only annoying bit was one of the packs had a bulb out so I had to message them, but they replied quick and sorted it. Would order again.
Honestly it was a close call between this and two other sites for a set of shelf brackets. This one was a few quid more than the cheapest, but the order process was quick and easy to follow. The brackets came a day later than the site said they would, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it was all fine and I'd use them again.
