I bought the wooden garden bench for the patio last spring and it's still standing in good shape. The timber was sturdy and the fixings were all in the box with clear instructions. It came on a pallet in one piece and the driver rang ahead, which was helpful. Happy with it.

Good value, plenty of stuff on sale and the prices were lower than the high street for the same brand. Ordering was straightforward and the site didn't crash once. Bought two tops and a pair of trainers, all fine.

Compared to the big department store this was a lot cheaper for the same winter boots, so I went for it. Ordered them in the sale and they were in my size with no fuss. Good value for money.

Booked a viewing for the flat on Saturday morning while waiting for the bus. Got a confirmation text straight away and the agent rang the next day to check. Easy.

Bought a pair of chinos after comparing a few sites, and the waist was a size smaller than the chart suggested. Sending them back meant printing a label and waiting over a week for the refund to show up. The chinos themselves look fine but I'm not sure I'll bother ordering again.

Honestly the sign up took about two minutes on my phone, no faffing about with passwords. Got approved the same day and the money was in my account by the next morning. Repayments come out when they should. Would use again, no complaints at all.

I've bought the same knitted cardigan from here for about six years now and it's the one I reorder each autumn. This year's came in the usual soft cotton blend and the colour matched my last one exactly. The box was packed well with tissue and it came the next working day. Lovely as always.

I needed a spare set of bike lights after mine got nicked from the bike shed. Found these for well under what the bike shop wanted and they charge up fine. Ordered in the evening and they arrived the next day.

the size guide on the dress page was spot on, i usually have to guess and get it wrong but this one fit me perfectly. ordered on a Sunday and it was with me by Wednesday. love it x

I needed a replacement running top after my old one lost its stretch, and I know the cuts and fabrics well from years of training. This one has the flatlock seams and a decent mesh panel under the arms, which is exactly what I wanted. The fabric feels light and breathable and I've worn it twice already without any chafing. Sizing ran true to my usual medium.

My old timer finally stopped working after thirty years, so I needed a replacement that's easy to read without my glasses. This one has big numbers and a loud bell, which suits me well. It was packed carefully and arrived in good time before the weekend.

Way better than the other site I tried for trainers, the checkout didn't keep logging me out. Got the pair I wanted in my size. The delivery box was a bit squashed on one corner but the shoes are fine.

Compared to my usual site this was way quicker to check out, I didn't have to make an account first which saved me a load of faff on my phone. Found the jacket I wanted in about two minutes and the payment went through first go. Would use again for sure, just waiting to see when it turns up.

Got a pair of running leggings for my first order here after seeing them recommended. The fabric is soft and the waistband doesn't dig in, though they're a little shorter than the photo made them look. Delivery was quick and the packaging was tidy.

Honestly the easiest place I've found for a birthday present I forgot about. Ordered the candle set and a card on Friday night and it came Monday, all nicely wrapped. Would get again.

I've taken out a couple of short personal loans before so I know the drill. This one was quick to apply for and the funds landed the same day approval came through. The only niggle was the app asked me to re-upload a payslip I'd already sent, which took an extra day to sort.

The first thing that struck me was how plainly the cover options were laid out, with no jargon to wade through. I did find the form asked the same question twice, which I thought a little odd, but once I'd sorted that the policy documents arrived in my inbox within minutes. I'd say it was all very straightforward and I'm glad I didn't have to ring anyone.

I looked at three other sites before ordering the drill bit set and this one was about a fiddly bit more than the cheapest. The set itself is decent quality and fits my drill well enough. Delivery took the full four days they said it would.

I needed a warm coat quickly after my old one tore on a walk, and this was the only place I found one in my size with a hood. Ordering was simple and the price was fair for a proper padded coat. The only thing is the postage was a bit more than I expected, but the coat is lovely and warm.
