Level Up Lightsaber

Ordered on the site during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Confirmation email came through fast. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, about four days, but it turned up in one piece.

Needed a backup saber for my collection after my main one developed a dead switch. I've bought from them before so I knew what I was getting in terms of build and weight. Delivery was quick and it's been on my shelf since, plus the spare parts are easy to find.

Compared with the big toy shops in town this was about a third cheaper for the same kit, which is why I went with it. The checkout was simple and the order came in a box that was a bit bigger than it needed to be. The blade is a touch lighter than I expected though, so it's not quite the heft I was after.

Needed a new one for the kids after the last set got battered by the dog. Quite a bit pricier than I'd have liked for the same kit elsewhere, and the return process for a faulty switch looked a bit involved from the instructions. Still, it's sturdy and the kids are happy.

Ordered the dueling saber and the hilt came with the blade slightly loose, so it rattles a bit when you swing it. Emailed them and they said to tighten the screw, which worked, but took three days to reply. Quick fix in the end but I wasn't expecting to have to sort it myself.

Been buying from them for about four years now, mostly for the boys and the odd bit for myself. The stock page is easy to search and the sizes and sound options are laid out clearly, which I like. Dispatch has always been quick, usually the next working day, and I've never had a problem with a parcel arriving damaged. Sticking with them.

This is good value for the money, and I say that as someone who's bought a fair few of these over the years. I got the basic training saber with two spare grips for less than the usual price, and it's sturdy enough for a kid who swings it hard. Delivery was next day with the standard option, which I didn't expect.

Honestly this is solid kit and the blade has a proper hum to it, which is what I look for. It is pricier than some of the other stores that stock the same brand, so I'd check there first if you're on a budget. The hilt has a slightly tacky finish that I'm not a fan of, but the switch and sound are spot on.

I would say this has been a very satisfactory purchase, and the saber is well balanced in the hand for an older person to use without strain. I was able to order without difficulty and the account setup was simple to follow. The item arrived carefully packed within the week, and the instructions were clear enough that I did not need to telephone anyone for help.

honestly the blue crystal is the best bit, it's way brighter in person than in the photos and the glow in the dark setting actually works. ordered on a Friday and it turned up Tuesday which is quick for me. the sound effects are a bit of a laugh but my little cousin loved it so, yeah, worth it. Would get another for her birthday.

Compared with the high street shop I usually go to, the prices here are noticeably lower for the same kit, and the photos actually match what turns up. Signing up for an account took a minute and the order went through without any bother. Delivery was a day slower than I'd hoped but the box was fine and nothing was missing. Would order again.

Honestly really good, the sound is loud enough for the garden and the light is bright. Ordered in like five minutes and it came the next day, so no complaints there.

Bought the replacement hilt for my old saber set and it fitted first time, which was the main thing I needed. Price was lower than the two other places I checked and the total with postage came out cheaper too, so no complaints on value at all. Packed well, arrived in four working days, and I'd order from them again without a second thought for spare parts.

Needed one for a costume and the event was on Saturday, so ordering early was the only option. Ordered Thursday night and it was here Friday morning, which I didn't think was possible. Looks good in the photos and it's the one I wanted.

Got this instead of the cheap ones from the market and it's miles better, the sound is actually good and the hilt doesn't feel like plastic. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and the parcel turned up when they said. Only thing I'd say is the charger lead is short but it still works fine for the price.

We needed something sturdy for the grandsons after the last set snapped within a month of Christmas, so I went back to this lot. I've been ordering from them for years now and the quality has stayed steady. The delivery took a day longer than they said it would, and the box arrived a bit dented, but everything inside was fine and the boys have been out in the garden with them every afternoon since.

Compared with the one I bought on a marketplace last year this is so much better, the switch doesn't stick and the blade lights up properly. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was sorted in two minutes. Arrived in a couple of days, which is fine for something I'd been wanting for ages.

Got the blue one for my nephew's birthday and it was cheaper than the same model in the big chains. Sign up was quick and the order turned up on time. One of the grips came off after a week but the replacement was sent without fuss.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the checkout was, which I did not expect from a toy site. I found what I wanted for my grandson without any fuss and the order confirmation came straight away. It all went smoothly and I'd not hesitate to use them again.

I bought the trainer saber for my grandson and it arrived sooner than I expected. The site was straightforward to use, though I did need to ask a question about the warranty and the reply took a few days to come through. It has been very sturdy so far.
