Needed a backup saber for my collection after my main one developed a dead switch. I've bought from them before so I knew what I was getting in terms of build and weight. Delivery was quick and it's been on my shelf since, plus the spare parts are easy to find.
Read moreOrdered the dueling saber and the hilt came with the blade slightly loose, so it rattles a bit when you swing it. Emailed them and they said to tighten the screw, which worked, but took three days to reply. Quick fix in the end but I wasn't expecting to have to sort it myself.
Read moreWe needed something sturdy for the grandsons after the last set snapped within a month of Christmas, so I went back to this lot. I've been ordering from them for years now and the quality has stayed steady. The delivery took a day longer than they said it would, and the box arrived a bit dented, but everything inside was fine and the boys have been out in the garden with them every afternoon…
Read moreOrdered on the site during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Confirmation email came through fast. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, about four days, but it turned up in one piece.
Compared with the big toy shops in town this was about a third cheaper for the same kit, which is why I went with it. The checkout was simple and the order came in a box that was a bit bigger than it needed to be. The blade is a touch lighter than I expected though, so it's not quite the heft I was after.
Honestly this is solid kit and the blade has a proper hum to it, which is what I look for. It is pricier than some of the other stores that stock the same brand, so I'd check there first if you're on a budget. The hilt has a slightly tacky finish that I'm not a fan of, but the switch and sound are spot on.
Compared with the high street shop I usually go to, the prices here are noticeably lower for the same kit, and the photos actually match what turns up. Signing up for an account took a minute and the order went through without any bother. Delivery was a day slower than I'd hoped but the box was fine and nothing was missing. Would order again.

Got the blue one for my nephew's birthday and it was cheaper than the same model in the big chains. Sign up was quick and the order turned up on time. One of the grips came off after a week but the replacement was sent without fuss.
I bought the trainer saber for my grandson and it arrived sooner than I expected. The site was straightforward to use, though I did need to ask a question about the warranty and the reply took a few days to come through. It has been very sturdy so far.
