I was rather surprised by how quickly I was able to speak to someone when I had a question about my order. The lady I spoke to was patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which I did appreciate given that I am not especially confident with online ordering. I'd not hesitate to use the site again, and my daughter has been encouraging me to try it for gifts.

I had a wedding coming up in a fortnight and nothing in my wardrobe worked, so I needed something quickly. Found this dress and ordered it on a whim. It arrived a day later and fits pretty well, though the zip is a bit stiff and I'll need to get it looked at. The fabric is lovely and it photographed really nicely on the day. Would probably buy from here again.

Honestly the easiest order I've done in ages, saved my card details and the whole thing took under a minute on my phone. Stuff arrived the next morning and nothing was damaged. Will be back.

My old case cracked after I dropped my phone on the pavement so I needed a replacement quick. Found one here and it came the next day. Fits perfectly and feels grippy in the hand.

Had a look at two other places for a hair dryer before picking this one. It's quieter and dries quicker than my old one. Arrived in the box with everything in it.

Ordered a set of storage tubs and they arrived in good nick. Only thing is the delivery slot was a whole day so I had to take time off waiting in, bit annoying. Otherwise fine.

I had been looking at a similar item in a big department store but the one from here seemed far more sensible for the money. The fabric feels softer than what I was expecting and the sizing ran true to the chart. I was pleasantly pleased with the purchase and will return.

I've been ordering from them on and off for well over a decade, and the way the order confirmation lists everything clearly has not changed. Parcels arrive when they should, and when I had a query about a refund last spring it was sorted within a couple of days.

I compared this against a couple of other sites before buying the travel mug and this one was a little cheaper for the same capacity. The mug keeps drinks hot for ages, which is what I wanted. The only niggle is that the lid is a bit fiddly to get off the first few times. Otherwise happy enough with it.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. I usually get my bits from the site on a Friday and they turn up the next working day, packed properly with no damage. Customer service has always been friendly when I've needed to ask something, and the prices are fair for what you get. Sticking with them.

I compared a few options before getting this kitchen scale and this was the one with the clearest reviews. It's accurate and the display is easy to read even with flour on it. The batteries came included, which was a nice touch. Delivery was prompt and nothing was damaged.

Honestly really good, would use them again. Signed up in about two minutes on my phone and the app just works. Got my first payment sorted with no hold ups and the reminder texts were a nice touch, saved me forgetting.

I can say without hesitation that this was a satisfactory purchase from start to finish. The ordering process was clear and the confirmation email came straight away. The item arrived well within the time quoted, and it is exactly what I had hoped for for my sitting room. I have already told my sister about it.

I'd never ordered from them before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the confirmation email came through within a few minutes and the tracking link actually updated at every stage. The box turned up a day early and the bits I ordered were exactly as listed on the site, which is more than I can say for some places.

Compared with the shop down the road this was much easier, I didn't have to drive anywhere and the choice was far bigger. The headphones I got sound clear and the battery lasts most of the week. Message from the team came the same day when I had a question about pairing. Delivery was a day quicker than promised too.

I went with this over a cheaper option I'd seen elsewhere, mainly because of the reviews. The item is decent and does the job, but it did cost noticeably more than the alternative for what looks like the same thing. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, around five working days, and the tracking updates were vague. Not a disaster, just not the bargain I was hoping for.

My old coat finally gave up in the autumn so I needed something warm for the cold walks to the allotment. Found one on the site and it arrived in a few days. It's well made, the lining is thick and the zip still works smoothly after a month of wear. Happy with it.

I looked at three places before settling on the cotton bedding set here. The thread count was the thing that swung it for me, and it feels nice and crisp on the bed. Ordered it on a Sunday and it was on my doorstep by Wednesday. Good value.

I bought a small brass desk lamp for my first flat and it has made such a difference to the room. It arrived boxed up tightly with the bulb already fitted, which I wasn't expecting. The switch is nice and solid and the light is warm rather than harsh. Ordering was quick and easy on my phone.
