I was rather surprised by how quickly I was able to speak to someone when I had a question about my order. The lady I spoke to was patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which I did appreciate given that I am not especially confident with online ordering. I'd not hesitate to use the site again, and my daughter has been encouraging me to try it for gifts.
Read moreI went with this over a cheaper option I'd seen elsewhere, mainly because of the reviews. The item is decent and does the job, but it did cost noticeably more than the alternative for what looks like the same thing. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, around five working days, and the tracking updates were vague. Not a disaster, just not the bargain I was hoping for.
Read moreI had a wedding coming up in a fortnight and nothing in my wardrobe worked, so I needed something quickly. Found this dress and ordered it on a whim. It arrived a day later and fits pretty well, though the zip is a bit stiff and I'll need to get it looked at. The fabric is lovely and it photographed really nicely on the day. Would probably buy from here again.

Ordered a set of storage tubs and they arrived in good nick. Only thing is the delivery slot was a whole day so I had to take time off waiting in, bit annoying. Otherwise fine.
I compared this against a couple of other sites before buying the travel mug and this one was a little cheaper for the same capacity. The mug keeps drinks hot for ages, which is what I wanted. The only niggle is that the lid is a bit fiddly to get off the first few times. Otherwise happy enough with it.
