Needed a new bag for the school run because the old one had split at the seam. Ordered it on my lunch break and it turned up the next day, which saved me scrambling on the Monday. Good price, the zip works properly and the straps are sturdy. Job done.

Compared to the other site I usually use, this one was so much quicker to check out. The app remembered my details and I didn't have to faff about with a load of pop ups. Tracking was easy to follow too. Would definitely use again, makes the whole thing less of a chore.

My old dishwasher pump packed in on a Friday and I needed a replacement part before the weekend so we could run it. I found the exact part on the site, checked the fitting details twice and ordered it for less than the local dealer wanted. It arrived on the Monday, which was fine given the weekend, and it fitted first time. Good value for a part you only need once in a blue moon.

The price on the cot mattress was a good deal lower than I'd found in the shops, and the delivery came with the mattress already sealed and wrapped. Plenty of cardboard but nothing damaged. It made buying the basics for our new grandchild a lot less expensive than I'd feared.

My old laptop case had split and I needed something for work by the end of the week. I checked a few options and this one came out ahead on price and size. It arrived a day early and fits the machine snugly. Perfect for the commute.

I bought a hedge trimmer from them a few years back and it still starts first pull. The blades are sharp and the handle is comfortable for a long session in the garden. I've bought spares from them too, and every order has come through without fuss.

Compared with the big brand I usually get my trainers from, this was way cheaper and the fit is spot on. Got them in two days which was quick. Super happy, will be back for another pair.

I've been ordering from them for years now, and the thing I always notice is how accurate the stock levels are on the site. If it says in stock it nearly always ships the same day, which I can't say for most of the others. The prices are steady too and I've not had any surprises at the till. Long may it continue.

What stands out to me is how consistent they've been over the years I've shopped with them. Orders always arrive properly packed and the staff answer the phone quickly when I've had a question. I've never once had to chase a parcel.

Best value I've found for the set of drill bits. The case is sturdy and the bits are sharp out of the box. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived Wednesday, which was spot on.

I bought a set of bed linen from them over the summer and I've been using it every night since. The cotton is nice and crisp and the pillowcases have held up through several washes without fading. The order went through without any trouble and the confirmation email came straight away, which I appreciated. I'd happily buy from them again.

Honestly one of the better online orders I've made this year. Ordered on a Tuesday, it was at mine by Thursday and the bits were all there. Would buy again, been telling my flatmates about it.
