95%Would buy again
Compared to the other site I usually use, this one was so much quicker to check out. The app remembered my details and I didn't have to faff about with a load of pop ups. Tracking was easy to follow too. Would definitely use again, makes the whole thing less of a chore.
Read moreI ordered a travel bag for a holiday and the first thing I noticed was a tear in the side panel when it arrived. Not what I'd been led to expect from the photos, which showed a neat unblemished finish. I rang to ask for a replacement and the reply took four days to come back. They did sort it out in the end, but it left me disappointed.
Read moreMy old dishwasher pump packed in on a Friday and I needed a replacement part before the weekend so we could run it. I found the exact part on the site, checked the fitting details twice and ordered it for less than the local dealer wanted. It arrived on the Monday, which was fine given the weekend, and it fitted first time. Good value for a part you only need once in a blue moon.
Read moreI'd looked at a few places before settling on this one for a new kettle. The price was the lowest of the bunch once delivery was added, and the reviews on the product page were mostly sensible. The box arrived with a small dent on one corner but the kettle itself was fine. Not a big deal, but I'd check the packaging when it arrives.
I ordered a set of bath towels from them in the spring and they've held up well through a good number of washes. They're thick without being heavy, and the colour hasn't faded at all. The only small niggle was that the order took a day longer to dispatch than I'd expected. Otherwise I'm pleased with them, and I'd happily buy from the site again.
Compared with the usual place I go to, this was about a third cheaper for the same bulbs. Delivery was a bit slower, around three days, but it's no great hardship. The only niggle is the returns form, which is fiddly to fill in.
Honestly the bike lock is good, heavy enough and the key works smoothly. Ordering was quick on my phone. Only thing is I sent one back that was the wrong size and the returns label took ages to come through, I had to chase it twice. Would still order again though, the price is hard to beat.
My old kettle had started leaking at the base and I needed a replacement before the weekend. I'd rather not go into town for something so simple. The site had a good choice and the order turned up on the Monday as promised. Happy with it.
