Compared to the other site I usually use, this one was so much quicker to check out. The app remembered my details and I didn't have to faff about with a load of pop ups. Tracking was easy to follow too. Would definitely use again, makes the whole thing less of a chore.
Read moreI ordered a travel bag for a holiday and the first thing I noticed was a tear in the side panel when it arrived. Not what I'd been led to expect from the photos, which showed a neat unblemished finish. I rang to ask for a replacement and the reply took four days to come back. They did sort it out in the end, but it left me disappointed.
Read moreMy old dishwasher pump packed in on a Friday and I needed a replacement part before the weekend so we could run it. I found the exact part on the site, checked the fitting details twice and ordered it for less than the local dealer wanted. It arrived on the Monday, which was fine given the weekend, and it fitted first time. Good value for a part you only need once in a blue moon.
Read moreCompared with the supermarket site I've used for years, this was noticeably cheaper for the same garden fleece I wanted, and the checkout was quicker too. I did have to wait four days for it to arrive, which was a bit longer than they'd said, though I'd rather that than pay more. The fleece itself is warm and the stitching looks sound so far. I'd probably order from them again.
