Kings Will Dream

I used to go to one of the big high street names for this, but they always seemed to charge more for less. Here the prices are sensible and the service is far more personal, someone actually answered my question about sizing by phone. I've switched for good.

Been ordering from them since they first started and the thing I always notice is how the account just remembers my details so I never retype my address. Renewing my cover each year takes about two minutes and the reminder emails are actually useful for once.

On the whole I'd say this is a sound place to buy from and I've had no real cause for complaint. The item was a little smaller than the photo suggested, which I should have checked more carefully before ordering. Customer service answered my email the same afternoon, which I thought was very decent of them.

Way better than the other place I was using, which kept losing my order details. Booked on my phone in the bus queue and it just worked, and it arrived when it said it would. Nothing else to add really.

I took out a personal loan through them to consolidate a couple of credit cards and the application took around twenty minutes online. Approval came through the next morning and the money landed in my account two working days later. The rate was a bit higher than I'd hoped given my credit file, and the repayment schedule is a bit fiddly to set up in the app, but it did the job.

I needed a replacement fast because my old one packed in the week before a trip. Found it here, ordered it at lunchtime and it was sorted by the next morning, which I didn't expect at all. Really pleased with how it went.

Ordered a pair of trainers and the tracking said dispatched but then nothing for almost a week. Got there in the end and they fit ok. Customer service email took two days to reply. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

I was after something sensible that would last without costing a fortune, and this fitted the bill. The price was lower than the two other places I checked, and the order arrived a day early. Nothing flashy, just good value.

My old one finally gave up after years of use, so I needed something dependable fast. I went with this and I'm glad I did, the choice was clear and the ordering went through without fuss. It turned up in good time and has been working well since, so I've got no complaints at all.

Booked the slot I wanted on the bus into work, it took about a minute. Got the confirmation straight away and the thing I'd booked was exactly as described when I got there. Sorted.

Compared to the last place I used this is miles better, the old one kept messing up my address. Here the whole thing took two minutes and the updates on my phone were actually useful. Cheap as well, which helps.

The app is way less clunky than I expected, you can actually see where things are without refreshing it fifty times. Ordered on a Friday night and it came Monday, no drama, which is what you want.

I buy the same thing from them every few weeks, usually the bulk pack of tea bags and a tin of coffee. The ordering is simple, I've got my saved list and it takes about two minutes. They've never once messed up the quantities in all the years I've used them.

Never bought from them before so I was a bit unsure, but the first order was smooth enough. The only thing was the confirmation email went into my junk folder so I didn't know it had gone through for a bit. Delivery came on time though.

I've bought the same replacement part from them for about ten years now. Ordering is simple, I just log in and tap reorder. It has never been late and they always pack it carefully.

I needed a backup for a gig at the weekend and ordered it at half eleven on a Wednesday. It was at my door Thursday afternoon and the checkout took about a minute on my phone. Saved me from a proper panic.

Booked a table for six through the site for my mates birthday and it took literally a minute. Got a confirmation straight away and a reminder the day before, so no panic.

Honestly a really good option if you know what you're after, the ordering was quick and the site made it easy to compare. Delivery took a couple of days longer than they said but the item arrived in one piece and works fine so far.

Compared with the usual alternative I'd been using, this one is more straightforward and the spec sheet is much clearer. Ordered it, it arrived, it does what it should. Hard to ask for more.

This is one of the best options I've found for this kind of thing, and I've looked at quite a few. The checkout was clear, the delivery updates were useful and everything matched what was on the page. Would happily go back to them.
