I used to go to one of the big high street names for this, but they always seemed to charge more for less. Here the prices are sensible and the service is far more personal, someone actually answered my question about sizing by phone. I've switched for good.

Approval came through the next morning and the money landed in my account two working days later. The rate was a bit higher than I'd hoped given my credit file, and the repayment schedule is a bit fiddly to set up in the app, but it did the job.

The item was a little smaller than the photo suggested, which I should have checked more carefully before ordering. Customer service answered my email the same afternoon, which I thought was very decent of them.

Never bought from them before so I was a bit unsure, but the first order was smooth enough. The only thing was the confirmation email went into my junk folder so I didn't know it had gone through for a bit. Delivery came on time though.
Honestly a really good option if you know what you're after, the ordering was quick and the site made it easy to compare. Delivery took a couple of days longer than they said but the item arrived in one piece and works fine so far.
