Looked at a couple of other places before ordering the bike pump, and this one had the best mix of price and stock. The order was spot on and the pump is well made, with a proper gauge that reads accurately. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Happy with it.
Read moreWe needed a replacement card reader for the shop counter after our old one packed in just before the weekend, so I went looking online. The order went through without any bother but the reader itself took nine days to turn up, which was longer than the site had said, and I did have to chase it through their contact form. It works fine now and the price was reasonable, though I did wonder whether…
Read moreThe engineer turned up in the window they gave me, which the last firm never managed. I'd booked the annual service on the site on a Monday and it was done by the Friday. The price was a bit more than I paid two years ago but they explained the difference in the confirmation email. Paperwork came through by email the same afternoon and I've already put the reminder in for next year.
Read moreThe earliest slot I could find was the Thursday morning, which was the first thing that stood out to me. Booked the tyre fitting through the site in about five minutes and got a text confirming it straight away, no account needed.

Switched over from my old provider and this one sorted the whole thing in a fraction of the time. Before, I was on hold for ages, but here I got a reply to my message in about twenty minutes. The setup was simple and everything went live the next morning. Would switch again.
Our boiler started making a horrible noise so I needed the part quick. Found the right filter for it on here and it was a fair bit cheaper than the plumber's supplier. Got it the next day.
Got the floor lamp from them last month and it's honestly lovely. Came quick, packed well, the bulb fitted first go. Wouldn't think twice about ordering again, the bloke who did the delivery was really nice too.
Compared with the big chain I usually use, this came in noticeably cheaper for the same bundle of storage boxes, and the delivery fee was lower too. I got three boxes for the price the other place wanted for two. They're sturdy, the lids close properly, and the whole thing was straightforward from start to finish. Good value for what I needed.
I'd not ordered from here before so I compared the price with a couple of other sites first, and this was a few quid cheaper for the same jumper. The checkout was simple and it arrived in two days. The fit is spot on and the fabric feels nice. Glad I gave them a go.
You get a lot for the money here, which was the main reason I went with them. The set of kitchen towels is thick and washes well, and I've had them through the machine a dozen times. The price per towel works out cheaper than the supermarket. It's a practical buy and it has held up.
I needed a birthday present for my sister who lives up north, and the site made it easy to pick something and have it sent straight to her. The gift came beautifully presented and arrived on the date I'd chosen. I was grateful for the reminder email they sent beforehand, which was thoughtful. It was simply a very pleasant experience.

The first thing I noticed was how strong the scent is from the candle, you can smell it across the room without lighting it. It came in a tin and the lid was really tight. I got it for my flatmate's birthday and she loved it. Honestly a lovely little present, I'd get another one for sure.
Loved that the time slots show up straight away with no need to create an account first. Booked a cleaner for Saturday on the app in about two minutes while waiting for the bus. Turned up on time and did a proper job of the bathroom and kitchen, would book again.
I purchased a pair of reading glasses from the site after my optician suggested I try something stronger for the close work I do. The prescription was entered carefully and the frames fitted my face very comfortably, which I was rather pleased about. They arrived in a sturdy case within a week and I've had no complaints at all.
Used to buy the same thing from a different site and this one is way cheaper for the same brand, which is a no-brainer. The checkout is quicker too, I didn't have to make an account. Stuff turned up the next day. Yeah, I'd go with them again, cheers.

Kijou is an online retailer that sells subscription-style gift and lifestyle boxes shipped directly to customers in the United Kingdom. Its boxes are built around themes that change regularly, and each one is presented as a curated selection of products rather than a single item. The company trades almost entirely through its website, where customers choose a box, set up a subscription or buy one-off, and manage their orders online.
Kijou's customers are mainly people looking for thoughtful gifts or a regular treat for themselves, and the brand positions its boxes as a simple alternative to choosing items individually. Reviews of the business focus on the contents of each box, the packaging and how the subscription is managed, which are the areas the company itself presents as central to its service.
