Looked at a couple of other places before ordering the bike pump, and this one had the best mix of price and stock. The order was spot on and the pump is well made, with a proper gauge that reads accurately. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Happy with it.

Read moreThe engineer turned up in the window they gave me, which the last firm never managed. I'd booked the annual service on the site on a Monday and it was done by the Friday. The price was a bit more than I paid two years ago but they explained the difference in the confirmation email. I needed a new case in a hurry because mine cracked and I'm off on holiday Friday. Ordered on the Monday and it came on the Thursday, which was fine. The case fits but the buttons are a bit stiff and I had to push harder than I'd like. Not the end of the world, but I'd be cautious about buying the colour without checking.

Kijou is an online retailer that sells subscription-style gift and lifestyle boxes shipped directly to customers in the United Kingdom. Its boxes are built around themes that change regularly, and each one is presented as a curated selection of products rather than a single item. The company trades almost entirely through its website, where customers choose a box, set up a subscription or buy one-off, and manage their orders online.
Kijou's customers are mainly people looking for thoughtful gifts or a regular treat for themselves, and the brand positions its boxes as a simple alternative to choosing items individually. Reviews of the business focus on the contents of each box, the packaging and how the subscription is managed, which are the areas the company itself presents as central to its service.
