This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. The site was easy to navigate and I liked that the delivery cost was shown before I paid. My order was a phone case and a charger, and both arrived in good condition in a plain box. The tracking emails were clear too.

I needed a spare laptop charger for the office after mine stopped working on a Monday morning. Found one on the site, placed the order at lunchtime and it arrived the next day. The charger works fine and the price was reasonable. Would order again if I needed something similar.

The first thing I noticed was how quick the site loaded, which I didn't expect. The jacket I ordered was a bit different in colour from the photos though, more of a dark olive than the green shown. It still fits and looks fine. Delivery was quick, arrived the day after. Returns looked fiddly so I kept it. Ordering was smooth enough.

Honestly the best bit was the order tracking page, it updated every few hours and I knew exactly when the parcel would turn up. Ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday. Easy checkout too, didn't have to make an account which was nice.

Good enough, the order was simple and it came when it said it would. Ordering a lamp and a set of bulbs came to a bit more than I'd paid elsewhere, which annoyed me a little. Packaging was fine. Might still buy from them again when I'm not comparing as closely.

Compared to the other site I tried first, this one was far less fiddly to order from. The other one kept asking me to create an account. Here I just checked out as a guest and the lamp arrived quicker than promised. Good price too, and no fuss at all.

I needed a replacement lead for my kettle after the old one frayed, and I was a little nervous about ordering something so specific online. The order itself was straightforward enough, though I did have to write to their support team twice before anyone told me when it would be dispatched. It did arrive in the end and works perfectly well, but the wait was longer than I'd have liked.

I needed a cushion for my dining chair as the old one had gone flat and was no longer any use to me. I ordered after reading the description carefully, and I was pleased the dimensions were given clearly. The cushion has been very comfortable and arrived on time. I'd order from them again.

I usually buy this kind of thing from the high street, but I compared a few options and this was noticeably cheaper. The ordering process was clear and I liked the email with the receipt attached. The item came well wrapped and I've been pleased with it so far.

The size guide on the product page had actual measurements in centimetres, which saved me ordering the wrong one. Quick check on my phone during a break and the order went through first time. Packed well and came the next working day. Sorted.

I needed a birthday present fast for my sister and didn't have time to go into town. Looked at a few places and this one had the best range plus a gift message option. Ordered on the Monday, it came by Wednesday and the wrapping was nice. She was thrilled.

Would definitely order from them again. Placed the order on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes. The confirmation email came straight away and the parcel turned up the next day. No complaints at all.

Compared to ordering from the big chain down the road, this was much quicker and the price was lower. Went for a pair of trainers and the checkout didn't keep trying to upsell me. Arrived in a day and fit fine. Would use again.

I've been a customer for about six years now and the replacement printer cartridges I buy from them have always turned up on time. This latest order was a set of black and colour ones, same as always. Price is still competitive. The account page makes reordering quick.

Bought the front and rear light set for my commuter bike. Checked two other sites and these were a fair bit cheaper for the same runtime on the box. Charged them the night before and they've done three weeks of rides without needing a top up. Good value for what they are.

The price was the main reason I went with them, and the item was fine for what I paid. Delivery took a bit longer than the site suggested, about five working days, but the item was fine once it arrived. For the money it's still a good deal.

I compared a few options before ordering and this one came out ahead on price, and the delivery was included without a minimum spend. The site made it easy to find a yoga mat with the thickness listed. It arrived rolled in a sturdy tube and the grip is good. I've used it most mornings since.

I bought a set of digital kitchen scales and I was pleased with the weighing range and the clear display. The packaging was tidy and it arrived without any dents. The instructions were simple to follow. Everything worked as it should.
