Placed an order on the app on my lunch break and it went through first time, which never happens with some sites. I picked a navy polo and it arrived in three days with the tags still on so I could check the fit. The app shows you where the parcel is, which was handy. Price is reasonable for the quality. Would buy from them again.
Read moreCompared with the catalogue company I used to buy from, this is dearer for what you get and the stitching on my cardigan came loose after two washes. I've been buying from them for about six years and they used to be better. The returns form was fiddly to find and I had to email twice before anyone replied. I'll probably try elsewhere next time.

I've been a customer for about six years now and they've never once lost a parcel or left me waiting longer than they said. The returns are just as straightforward, a prepaid label comes by email and the refund turns up on my card within a few days of them getting it back. Reliable…
Read moreBuy from them. I've been ordering the same running shoes for years and this is the cheapest I've found that still ships with the proper tags and boxes. Checkout took a minute and the tracking updated every step of the way. Nothing to complain about, just a solid place to get kit.

Got the waterproof rain jacket after comparing a few options, and this one was the best value for the features. The hood is good and the sleeves are long enough. Arrived in a few days and it's already been out in the rain.
What struck me first was how clearly the returns instructions were laid out, which I was grateful for. I sent back a cardigan that was not quite right and the refund reached my account within the week. Ordering itself was straightforward and the packaging was tidy when it arrived.
I needed a proper winter coat for a new job on a site, so I looked at three places before picking this one. The price was in line with the others and the returns policy was clear. The coat is warm and the cut is good for layering underneath, which is what I wanted.

Way better than the other site I was using, which kept showing me the wrong stock levels. Here the item I wanted was actually in and the checkout worked first time. Knows its stuff about the gear I buy.
The detailed size chart with actual measurements is what made me pick them over two other sites I'd looked at. I checked it against a jumper I already own and it matched. Ordered, paid, and it arrived well packed in a few days. Really pleased with the fit.
Bought the blue hoodie in the sale and it's better than the photos. The fabric is thick without being heavy and the zip feels sturdy. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday, which was quicker than I expected for the price.
Compared to ordering from the big high street chain, this was quicker and cheaper for the same jacket. First time ordering from them and the checkout was simple, I didn't have to make an account to pay. The size guide matched what I actually got, which I wasn't expecting from a place I'd never used before. Would order again for sure, the emails about my order were clear too.
Ordered a dressing gown for my mum's birthday and it arrived the next day. Quality is lovely and the material feels soft. Checkout was quick on my phone, no faff at all. Will be back.
Great site, really easy to get what I need and checkout took no time at all on my phone. Ordered a pair of walking boots for my son and they turned up the next morning. Happy with everything.
