Placed an order on the app on my lunch break and it went through first time, which never happens with some sites. I picked a navy polo and it arrived in three days with the tags still on so I could check the fit. The app shows you where the parcel is, which was handy. Price is reasonable for the quality. Would buy from them again.
Read moreCompared with the catalogue company I used to buy from, this is dearer for what you get and the stitching on my cardigan came loose after two washes. I've been buying from them for about six years and they used to be better. The returns form was fiddly to find and I had to email twice before anyone replied. I'll probably try elsewhere next time.
Read moreWhat I always notice is how the order tracking updates properly at every stage, not just when it's dispatched. I've been a customer for about six years now and they've never once lost a parcel or left me waiting longer than they said. The returns are just as straightforward, a prepaid label comes by email and the refund turns up on my card within a few days of them getting it back. Reliable…
Read moreDecent kit at a fair price and the site is easy to use. Only niggle is the search filters are a bit clunky, took me a while to find the right size. Delivery was fine.
Needed new black work trousers quick cause my old pair ripped at the knee. Found these and ordered on the phone app, really easy. They came next day which was great. Only thing is the waistband is a bit tight so might size up next time.
Way quicker than the other app I used, I was checking out in about a minute. The price was a bit higher than what I'd seen elsewhere but the jumper arrived fast and it's nice. Only thing is the delivery slot picker was fiddly on my phone so I had to go back a couple of times.
Ordered the grey wool jumper last week and it came in two days. Fit is a bit roomy in the arms compared to the size guide but nothing major. Price was fair for what you get. Would order again.
I needed a birthday present fast after forgetting about it, so I was after something that would arrive in a couple of days. The item was exactly as shown and the wrapping was nice. Delivery took three days rather than the two they quoted, and the tracking said out for delivery for most of one afternoon. Still happy with it, just wish the estimate had been a bit more accurate.
I would say this is good value for the money, and I have used them a few times now. The order process is straightforward and the confirmation came through promptly. My one reservation is that a pair of trousers arrived a day later than the date given, though they did apologise. I'd use them again.
