I needed worming tablets for the new puppy and the vet wanted a specific brand. This site had it at a sensible price, and I ordered the bigger pack so I wouldn't run out. The box arrived well packed and the tablets were in date. Good value for what we need every few months.
Read moreI bought a large dog bed for my bulldog and it arrived looking nothing like the photos on the site. The cover is thinner and the colour is duller, and it flattened within a week. I contacted them and the reply took three days. Not impressed with this one.
Read moreWe needed a new cat litter as our usual one had gone up in price again and we were running low. I compared a few options on different sites first and this came out cheapest for the bag size we get through. The order arrived the next working day in a box, the litter itself was the same brand we normally buy, and the price was a bit under what we'd pay in the local supermarket. Would order again.
Read moreThe UVB bulb is the part I'd point to, because it's the right spec for my bearded dragon and the product page explained the difference clearly. Delivery was on time. The only small niggle is the packaging, which could have been a little more protective, but the bulb itself is fine.
Honestly the toys are good and my cat loves the feather wand. Delivery was pretty quick, maybe a day slower than I wanted but fine. Would order again, just a bit pricey for what they are.

I know my way around aquariums, so I was pleased to find the right test kits and a decent range of filter parts. The product matched the description and I'd buy from them again. Returning one item was slightly more fiddly than it needed to be, as the return label took a while to find in the email. Otherwise a solid experience.
First time ordering from here and I checked a couple of other sites first. This was a few pounds cheaper for the same brand of wet cat food, though the delivery took an extra day. Easy enough to sort out and the food was fine.
