I needed worming tablets for the new puppy and the vet wanted a specific brand. This site had it at a sensible price, and I ordered the bigger pack so I wouldn't run out. The box arrived well packed and the tablets were in date. Good value for what we need every few months.
Read moreI bought a large dog bed for my bulldog and it arrived looking nothing like the photos on the site. The cover is thinner and the colour is duller, and it flattened within a week. I contacted them and the reply took three days. Not impressed with this one.
Read moreWe needed a new cat litter as our usual one had gone up in price again and we were running low. I compared a few options on different sites first and this came out cheapest for the bag size we get through. The order arrived the next working day in a box, the litter itself was the same brand we normally buy, and the price was a bit under what we'd pay in the local supermarket. Would order again.
Read moreI compared this with the big online pet sellers before ordering and their price on the same tins of cat food was a fair bit lower. First time I've used them so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkout was quick enough. The delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped, about four days, and the email saying it had shipped came late. Everything turned up in one piece though.
Pricier than the big online pet sellers for the same tins, but the delivery was faster for me. Order came the next day which beat the other site. Ordering on my phone was a bit slow but got there.
