Brilliant rug, it's exactly what I was after and the quality is spot on for what I paid. Ordering was simple and the tracking worked. Would order from them again.

Ordered a wardrobe last month and it turned up way quicker than I thought it would. Went together with the instructions they sent, didn't need to call anyone. Seriously good, the doors slide nice and the finish looks sharp in my room.

I bought a reading armchair in a soft green velvet, and the colour is exactly as shown in the photos which I was pleased about. The seat is comfortable and the back gives good support for my shoulders. Delivery men carried it up to the first floor without any fuss and checked I was happy with it before they left. A very pleasant experience from start to finish, and I have recommended it to my sister.

Honestly the sample service is the best bit of this whole company, you can order swatches for a few quid and they arrive within a couple of days. I used them for our living room curtains and the fabric matched the samples exactly. Only niggle was the lining took a bit longer to come through than the site said it would, but the curtains themselves hang beautifully and the measuring guide was clear.

I was a bit wary as it was my first time ordering from them, and I needed a garden bench for my wife's birthday. The bench is well made and looks nice. The order took nearly a week to be confirmed by email, which left me wondering for a while if it had gone through. Once it arrived it was fine, though I'd have liked a quicker reply.

Bought a wool rug for the lounge in a 160 by 230 size and it turned up in good nick, rolled up well and no odd smells. Pile is thick and soft underfoot and the edges are neat. Took a couple of days longer than the site said but nothing I'd complain about.

Compared to the flatpack stuff from the other big site this was miles better, the wood is actually solid and the drawers slide smoothly. Got a little chest for my bedroom and it's sat there perfectly. Ordering was dead easy too, took about five minutes on my phone.

We needed a proper blackout blind for the nursery as our little one kept waking at dawn. The measuring guide on the site was clear enough and the blind fitted well. Delivery came a day later than I'd hoped but the blind does exactly what it should.

The sample pots were the deciding factor, I had four different greens sent over before choosing the paint for the hall. Compared it with two other brands and this was the closest match to the sample. The paint went on evenly and covers in two coats.

Way cheaper than the high street shops I usually look at for lamps. Ordered on my phone during my lunch and it was easy to do. One of the lamp shades was slightly crooked when it came but I just pushed it straight and it's fine. Happy with it, though I'd have liked a bit more padding in the box.

The fabric samples they post out before you order are what sold me, because the grey in the photos was nothing like the real one. I looked at four other sites before choosing them. The cushion covers came out well and the stitching is tidy.

I'd used another firm for years for made to measure curtains and I did wonder whether switching would be worth the bother. The fabric colour on my screen was quite a bit richer than what arrived, and it took three emails over ten days before anyone got back to me properly about it. The curtains themselves are fine once hung, but I'd expected a bit more care for the money.

The fabric samples were free to order and that alone saved me a lot of messing about, but the made to measure blinds came out a fair bit cheaper than the local place I'd been looking at. Delivery took just under three weeks which was longer than the site said, and I had to chase them once by email before anyone replied. Fitting was easy enough though and they look good in the back bedroom.

Got a standing desk here and the price was a good deal compared with the office supply shops. The motor is quiet and the frame feels stable. Set-up took about an hour with the included tools. It is a bit of a bargain for what you get.

The wood grain on the bookshelf is lovely and much nicer in person than I expected. It went together easily with the pegs and the instructions had clear pictures. Looks good in the living room and sturdy enough for heavy books.
