I bought a reading armchair in a soft green velvet, and the colour is exactly as shown in the photos which I was pleased about. The seat is comfortable and the back gives good support for my shoulders. Delivery men carried it up to the first floor without any fuss and checked I was happy with it before they left. Read moreI'd used another firm for years for made to measure curtains and I did wonder whether switching would be worth the bother. The fabric colour on my screen was quite a bit richer than what arrived, and it took three emails over ten days before anyone got back to me properly about it. The curtains themselves are fine once hung, but I'd expected a bit more care for the money.
Read moreHonestly the sample service is the best bit of this whole company, you can order swatches for a few quid and they arrive within a couple of days. I used them for our living room curtains and the fabric matched the samples exactly. Only niggle was the lining took a bit longer to come through than the site said it would, but the curtains themselves hang beautifully and the measuring guide was clear.
Read moreBrilliant rug, it's exactly what I was after and the quality is spot on for what I paid. Ordering was simple and the tracking worked. Would order from them again.
Ordered a wardrobe last month and it turned up way quicker than I thought it would. Went together with the instructions they sent, didn't need to call anyone. Seriously good, the doors slide nice and the finish looks sharp in my room.

Bought a wool rug for the lounge in a 160 by 230 size and it turned up in good nick, rolled up well and no odd smells. Pile is thick and soft underfoot and the edges are neat. Took a couple of days longer than the site said but nothing I'd complain about.
Compared to the flatpack stuff from the other big site this was miles better, the wood is actually solid and the drawers slide smoothly. Got a little chest for my bedroom and it's sat there perfectly. Ordering was dead easy too, took about five minutes on my phone.
The order I placed was the first time I'd bought from them and I was a bit nervous about the sizing. I emailed a question about the dimensions and got a proper answer the same afternoon. The sideboard turned up well packed and the drawers run nice and smooth.
We needed a hard wearing rug for the hallway with the dog about. Wanted something that wouldn't show every mark and the price was reasonable. It's been down six months and still looks good.
I compared a few places before buying because we needed a new dining table for the kitchen and our budget was tight. The table they offered had solid oak legs and a good top. Arrived on time and the delivery men were patient about getting it through the door.
Honestly one of the best online buys I've made. Ordered a bedside table and it arrived quick and in one piece, looks even nicer than the pictures. Would order again.
The sample pots were the deciding factor, I had four different greens sent over before choosing the paint for the hall. Compared it with two other brands and this was the closest match to the sample. The paint went on evenly and covers in two coats.
The fabric samples they post out before you order are what sold me, because the grey in the photos was nothing like the real one. I looked at four other sites before choosing them. The cushion covers came out well and the stitching is tidy.
Got a standing desk here and the price was a good deal compared with the office supply shops. The motor is quiet and the frame feels stable. Set-up took about an hour with the included tools. It is a bit of a bargain for what you get.
The wood grain on the bookshelf is lovely and much nicer in person than I expected. It went together easily with the pegs and the instructions had clear pictures. Looks good in the living room and sturdy enough for heavy books.
