Best online supplier I have used for trade parts in years and I've been buying these things for a long time. Accurate stock levels, the order tracking actually matched what happened, and the replacement seal arrived in the right size first time. Nothing else to add.
Read moreThe first thing I checked was the grade on the stainless fixings and the listing said A4 but what arrived was A2, which is no good for the outdoor fence job I was doing. I spent a fortnight messaging support before they agreed to a return label. The fixings themselves are fine, just not what I ordered. The refund went through eventually but it was a faff I could have done without.
Read moreWe were on a tight timeline after the landlord changed the kitchen plans, and I needed a replacement worktop cut to a non standard depth fast. Ordered on a Monday, measurements checked by phone before they cut anything, and it turned up Thursday wrapped properly with the edge profile I asked for. The fitter said the join was the cleanest he'd seen from a supplier this year.

Put simply, I buy the same filter cartridges every quarter and this is the cheapest I've found once you add up the delivery and the bulk discount. The order process was quick and I could reorder from my previous purchases without retyping anything. Items always arrive in good order and the packing is sensible. Worth a look if you buy the same consumables regularly.
We needed a compact kettle for the caravan that would run off the hook up, and I know the electrical specs well enough to check the wattage carefully. The listing gave the figures clearly and it arrived in good shape. It's been used every day since and it boils quickly without tripping the supply.
Ordered a replacement filter for the boiler on my phone during my lunch break. Took a minute to check out and it came the next working day. Fitted it that evening, no problem.
We needed a replacement worktop for the kitchen in our new flat because the old one had a chunk missing near the sink. I looked around for one that would fit the awkward corner, and this was the only place that let me enter the exact measurements. The order went through without a problem and the delivery came on time. The worktop fitted well and we're happy with it.
Honestly really easy to use and the app remembered my details so checkout took about a minute. Got a charger for my phone and it works fine. Delivery was next day. Price was good too.
Honestly the quickest thing I've booked all year, I had the confirmation before I'd even finished my tea. The app just works, no weird login loops or anything. Got a reminder the day before which was a nice touch, and the whole thing was done in a few taps. Would definitely use them again, the price was spot on too and nothing hidden at the checkout.
The first thing I noticed was the tracking emails, which told me exactly when the worktop was due. Checkout was easy and I didn't have to make an account. Delivery was on the day they said. Sorted.
