Best online supplier I have used for trade parts in years and I've been buying these things for a long time. Accurate stock levels, the order tracking actually matched what happened, and the replacement seal arrived in the right size first time. Nothing else to add.
Read moreThe first thing I checked was the grade on the stainless fixings and the listing said A4 but what arrived was A2, which is no good for the outdoor fence job I was doing. I spent a fortnight messaging support before they agreed to a return label. The fixings themselves are fine, just not what I ordered. The refund went through eventually but it was a faff I could have done without.
Read moreWe were on a tight timeline after the landlord changed the kitchen plans, and I needed a replacement worktop cut to a non standard depth fast. Ordered on a Monday, measurements checked by phone before they cut anything, and it turned up Thursday wrapped properly with the edge profile I asked for. The fitter said the join was the cleanest he'd seen from a supplier this year.
Read moreCompared a few sites before I picked this one for a phone case, and the price here was the lowest I could find. The case fits my phone properly and feels sturdy enough. It did take a bit longer than I'd like to arrive though.
My husband had a fall on the stairs so I needed a sturdy replacement handrail bracket quickly and this seemed the easiest option. The part arrived well packed and the fixings were included, which I was grateful for. The only niggle was that the instructions were a bit thin for someone who is not handy, so I did have to ring a neighbour.
Went with these instead of the big names for a new charger, and it was cheaper by a fair bit. Took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped, about four days, but the charger works and the cable is decent. Packaging was a bit much for one small thing but whatever, it turned up.
Compared with my usual supplier for printer toner, the price here was a fair bit lower and the cartridge worked straight away. The only catch was the delivery charge, which was added at the end and nearly wiped out the saving on a small order. Still a good deal for anything I'm buying in bulk, so I'll keep them in mind.
Compared with the big electrical chain I normally use, the charger came in noticeably cheaper here and was the same spec. I checked the wattage against the rating on the back of my laptop before ordering. It arrived in good time and works as it should. Packaging was minimal, which I didn't mind.
