Best online supplier I have used for trade parts in years and I've been buying these things for a long time. Accurate stock levels, the order tracking actually matched what happened, and the replacement seal arrived in the right size first time. Nothing else to add.
Read moreThe first thing I checked was the grade on the stainless fixings and the listing said A4 but what arrived was A2, which is no good for the outdoor fence job I was doing. I spent a fortnight messaging support before they agreed to a return label. The fixings themselves are fine, just not what I ordered. The refund went through eventually but it was a faff I could have done without.
Read moreWe were on a tight timeline after the landlord changed the kitchen plans, and I needed a replacement worktop cut to a non standard depth fast. Ordered on a Monday, measurements checked by phone before they cut anything, and it turned up Thursday wrapped properly with the edge profile I asked for. The fitter said the join was the cleanest he'd seen from a supplier this year.
Read moreI bought a set of replacement shelf brackets for my first flat and it was my first time ordering from them. They're fine, the metal is solid and they fit the brackets I already had. Delivery took nearly a fortnight though and I had to chase once with an email, which was a faff when I'd paid for next day.
Compared with the hardware shop in town, the price was a little lower but the paint sample did not match the colour on my screen, which was disappointing. I did ring them and they were polite and sent a replacement sample, though it took about a week to arrive. I'm not sure I would bother again for something needing an exact match.
