Icrimptools

What stands out to me after years of ordering from them is how consistent the delivery is. Parcels turn up when they say they will, which is more than I can say for some. The one bit that's changed is the checkout, it's a bit more clicks than it used to be, but nothing that bothers me much. Still my first port of call for bits and bobs.

Went with this one over the other site I normally use, mainly because it was a bit cheaper on paper. The product itself is ok but the delivery took ages and nobody answered the message I sent. Would go back to the other site next time.

I needed a planner for the new job and wanted something with a week view. Looked at a few before this one and it had the best reviews for the money. Arrived quickly and the pages are good quality. Glad I went with them.

Had to get a new laptop bag for uni after my old one split. Ordered it on a Sunday and it was with me by Wednesday. Fits the laptop well and has a couple of useful pockets. Nothing to complain about, would order again.

Bought a set of storage boxes for the spare room. They are sturdy enough for the price and the lids snap on properly. The order went through without any trouble and delivery was on time. Good value for what you get, I'd buy them again for another room.

I bought a reading lamp for my husband's birthday and it arrived well ahead of the date given. The instructions were clear and it was packed very carefully, nothing rattled about. It is exactly what he wanted and I am very pleased with the service. I shall certainly use them again.

Compared with the big names I normally buy from, this one held up well on the things that matter. The spec is what I was after and the product feels sturdy in the hand. I'd tried a couple of cheaper sellers before and had problems with fit, but that wasn't an issue here. Sizing matched the listing and delivery was quick. Happy with the purchase, would order from them again without a second thought.

Got a set of kitchen scales for under a tenner and they work perfectly. Price was the main reason I picked them, and the order process was quick. Packaging was a bit minimal but the scales arrived unbroken. Very happy for the money.

Been with them since they started, so probably close to ten years now. The thing I always notice is that when I rang about a problem with my account last spring, a real person answered within a minute and sorted it out there and then. Never had to chase anyone. Easy to deal with, and they've never once made me feel silly for asking.

Took out a bridging loan with them last month and the whole thing was quick. Application took about twenty minutes, decision came back the same afternoon and the money landed in my account two working days later, which is exactly what they said it would be. Repayment schedule is clear and I can see everything in the app. Knows the market well.

Our old charger packed in the night before a trip so I needed one fast. Found this on my phone and ordered it on the way home. Took a few days, which was fine, though I'd hoped for quicker. Works well, plugs in nicely. Would use them again.

I know my way around this sort of equipment and this one stacks up. The build is solid, everything fits together as it should and the sizing matches the listing. Delivery was prompt, and the checkout was easy. Right tool for the job, nothing more to say.

Honestly this was the best of the three sites i looked at before picking. I'd compared prices on a couple of others first and this one came out cheapest once delivery was added on, which is what sold me. The checkout was quick and tracking updates came through every step of the way, so I always knew where things were. Would happily order from them again, the whole thing was painless from start to finish.

Booked a studio flat for a weekend away through the app and it was fine. Checking in was a bit fiddly because the code took ages to show up, but the host messaged me straight away and it sorted itself out. Place was clean and exactly like the photos so yeah, would book again.

Bought the socket set and it's a decent one for a home workshop. The case is well laid out and everything is where it should be. Took a day longer than promised to arrive, but nothing too bad. Good value for something I'll use for years.

First time using them, so I was a bit nervous about signing up. The sign-up form took me a while because it kept asking for the same details twice, but once I was in, the policy documents came through by email the same day. Cover itself seems fair for the money and my renewal reminder came through a fortnight early, which was helpful. Small niggles aside, I'd go back.

I did look at a few places before ordering, and I'm glad I chose this one over the high street option. The price was lower and the item was just as described. Delivery came when they said it would, which I appreciated. A pleasant experience all round.

Compared to the big marketplace I usually check, this was a fair bit more for the same kind of item. The order itself was simple enough and the item arrived fine. I'd want to check prices elsewhere before buying from them again.

Best option for a serious hobbyist like me, and I've been buying this sort of kit for years. The spec matched what was listed and the packaging was sensible, all the bits were there. The returns process would be my only gripe, but I didn't need it. Solid, dependable, no fuss.

We needed a replacement part for the washing machine and had a tight window before the weekend. Found it here and it arrived the next morning, which saved us a lot of bother. The part fits exactly as shown and the instructions were easy to follow. Would happily order from them again.
