What stands out to me after years of ordering from them is how consistent the delivery is. Parcels turn up when they say they will, which is more than I can say for some. The one bit that's changed is the checkout, it's a bit more clicks than it used to be, but nothing that bothers me much. Still my first port of call for bits and bobs.

Bought a set of storage boxes for the spare room. They are sturdy enough for the price and the lids snap on properly. The order went through without any trouble and delivery was on time. Good value for what you get, I'd buy them again for another room.
