Compared to going round the shops for a new fridge freezer, ordering from them was a lot less bother and I didn't have to take a day off. The checkout asked a lot of questions about the kitchen but the delivery team were sorted and took the old one away with them. First time I've used them and I'd happily go again.
Read moreCompared with the cordless vacuum I had from them before, this one feels much flimsier and the battery barely lasts twenty minutes. I've been buying from them for a long time so I expected better. The returns form was fiddly and I had to ring twice to get a label sorted. The price was fair but I won't be buying this model again.

Read moreI needed a replacement grab rail for my mum's bathroom after the last one came loose, and I wanted something she could manage without help. The fitting instructions were clear and the rail is sturdy. Only small gripe is that the screws came in a bag I nearly lost.

Good value for a non stick set, and the pans heat evenly, which is what I wanted. The handles get warm but that's normal for this sort of thing. Ordering was simple and it turned up in two days.
I needed a birthday present for my sister and was running out of time, so I went looking online. The gift set was nicer than I expected for the money. Delivery was a day later than the site said, which was a bit annoying, but it still got there in time.
