Compared to going round the shops for a new fridge freezer, ordering from them was a lot less bother and I didn't have to take a day off. The checkout asked a lot of questions about the kitchen but the delivery team were sorted and took the old one away with them. First time I've used them and I'd happily go again.

Unfortunately after one wash two of them have shrunk and won't fit the pads any more, which was a shame as I'd washed them on the gentle cycle as the label said. I contacted them and the reply took about four days, but they did offer a replacement. The quality generally seems reasonable for the money.
I had a look at a few blankets online before settling on the heated throw from them, mainly because it was half the price of the one at the big department store. The controller is a bit fiddly and the cable is shorter than the photo made it look, so you'll want a socket close to the sofa. Arrived in three days though, which was good, and it does the job on cold evenings.
