Booked my first appointment through the app on a Sunday night and had confirmation within a minute. Turned up on the day and everything was ready for me, no waiting around or faff. The price was clear from the start with nothing added at the end. Really easy first experience, I'll be booking again.
Read moreI needed a new kitchen trolley after my old one gave way, and I did ask around before choosing. Unfortunately the one that arrived wobbled a good deal more than the photos suggested, and I had to wait nearly a week before anyone replied to my email about it. The trolley has since been sorted, but it was an unpleasant business and I shan't be rushing back.
Read moreAnyone who knows about storage will tell you the frame gauge matters more than the finish, and this one gets that right. I've been picking up parts in this area for years and this is as good as I've seen at the price. Assembly was clean, the hardware is decent and the instructions don't pretend it's easier than it is. Delivery arrived in one piece, which is always a relief with anything heavy.
Read moreSigned up for an account on the site last week and the whole thing took about five minutes, which I didn't expect given how many other places make you jump through hoops. Compared a few options first and this was the simplest by a bit. The confirmation email took a while to land though, I had to check my spam folder twice before it turned up.
Went with these over the cheaper supermarket version, and the difference in the hinges is obvious once you have them in your hand. Costs a bit more than I'd like, and the checkout asked me to create an account which was a small faff. Otherwise sorted, the delivery was on time and the box came well packed.
Ordered the desk chair on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes. Arrived a day later than the estimate, which was annoying but not a big deal. Chair is comfortable enough for long days.
