Booked my first appointment through the app on a Sunday night and had confirmation within a minute. Turned up on the day and everything was ready for me, no waiting around or faff. The price was clear from the start with nothing added at the end. Really easy first experience, I'll be booking again.
Read moreI needed a new kitchen trolley after my old one gave way, and I did ask around before choosing. Unfortunately the one that arrived wobbled a good deal more than the photos suggested, and I had to wait nearly a week before anyone replied to my email about it. The trolley has since been sorted, but it was an unpleasant business and I shan't be rushing back.

I've been picking up parts in this area for years and this is as good as I've seen at the price. Assembly was clean, the hardware is decent and the instructions don't pretend it's easier than it is. Delivery arrived in one piece, which is always a relief with anything heavy.
