Having compared the prices with a couple of other retailers, I found that this one had the saddle I was after at a much lower cost. The ordering process was perfectly clear and I appreciated that the details were laid out properly. It arrived within the week, well wrapped, and the fit was just right. I have no complaints at all, and I'm glad I didn't go with the shop in town.
Read moreCheaper than the usual place I look at, which was why I tried them. Checkout was quick but the delivery took six days when it said three, and I had to message them twice to find out where it was. Not a disaster though.
Read moreIt's a good place to buy from and I'd happily go back. I'd been wary of ordering a bike online because I wasn't sure about sizing, but the size guide with the body measurements made it easy to pick the right frame. The bike arrived mostly assembled and the brakes only needed a small tweak, which I managed myself with the help of a video from the site. The whole thing was simple from start to…
Read moreHonestly this is a good buy for the money if you already know your frame size. Gears shift smoothly and the wheels came true out of the box. The brakes needed a bit of adjusting which I expected for a bike at this price. Delivery was solid and the bike arrived well protected. Would buy again.
Ordered handlebar tape on a Tuesday and it came Thursday morning, which is quick enough. The colour was a touch darker than the photo on the site but still looks decent on the bike. Price was fair for what it is.
I checked three or four other sites before I went with them, and what got me was the filter on the product pages that lets you pick your wheel size straight away. The bike was a bit cheaper than the rest and the order arrived in two days. My only gripe is the tyre wasn't quite as pictured on the listing, but it's fine for the money.
Bought a bike lock and a set of lights from them last month. Lock came in a box that was a bit squashed but everything was inside and fine. The lights took a while to arrive, about a week, which was longer than the site said. Lock works well and feels solid. Would order again.
Compared with the big high street shop, I found this one much easier to order from and the prices were less. The bike stand I bought was well made and came with the right bolts. Delivery was slower than I hoped, about a week. Still, I'd use them again for small bits.
Compared to the big chain I usually look at, the prices here were a bit lower for the same helmet and the site is much easier to use. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone. Delivery was next day which was a nice surprise. Only thing is the size guide could be clearer, I ended up going up a size. Would use again.
