Henriks

Been ordering from Henriks for years now, mostly bits for the house and the odd gift for the grandchildren. The site is easy enough to get around once you know where things are kept, and the checkout has never given me any bother. Parcels have always turned up when they said they would and the customer service lady on the phone was patient when I got my email addresses muddled. I've no complaints and I doubt I'll go anywhere else.

I compared the hand cream from Henriks against the one my chemist usually stocks, and I found the Henriks version more pleasant to use. It is less greasy and the scent is quite gentle. The bottle was well sealed and nothing had leaked in transit, which I was glad to see.

I had been buying garden furniture covers from a big chain and this set from Henriks is a clear step up in fit and material. The elastic hems sit snug over my table and chairs even in the wind. The order was packed well and the driver rang ahead, which was helpful. I would happily buy from them again.

I needed a spare charger for the car and did not want to pay the price the garage was asking. The one from Henriks works well and the cable is a good length. It arrived in a couple of days and has worked every time I have plugged it in.

Got the ceramic mug set as a birthday present for my flatmate. The glaze is smooth and they stack nicely in the cupboard. The checkout asked me to create an account which was a bit annoying, but the delivery was quick.

Had a look at three other sites before settling on Henriks for the new bedding. Their booking page was the clearest and the price was in line with the rest. Delivery came two days early, which was nice.

Honestly the hoodie is class. Thick cotton, the hood doesnt flop, and the colour matches the photos which is rare. Ordered on a Monday, it came Wednesday. Would buy again, probably in black next time.

Went with the wireless earbuds from Henriks on a bit of a whim and I am glad I did. The sound is clear enough for podcasts on the bus and the case charges quickly. The checkout was simple, the order confirmation came through straight away, and the box arrived the next morning. I have already told two mates about it and I expect they will be ordering too.

My son is off to university in September and needed a waterproof coat for the walk to lectures, and I wanted something that would not cost the earth. The jacket from Henriks was well under what the big brands were charging. It has kept him dry in two proper downpours already and the hood stays put.

The inside lining of the wool blend jumper is a proper soft cotton, which I did not expect at this price point. I had ordered the navy in medium and it fits well across the shoulders. Delivery took a few days longer than the site suggested, but the parcel arrived in good order and I am content with it.

I have been buying from Henriks for about six years now and this year's order of kitchen towels and a linen tablecloth was better than what I used to get from the high street shop down the road. The fabric holds its colour through washing and the edges have not frayed. I will keep ordering from them.

They're a good shop but not the cheapest, I'll say that straight off. I compared a few options first and Henriks came out a bit higher on price for the same kettle, though the delivery was quick and it arrived well packed. The one niggle was the returns form, which took a while to find on the site. Still, I'd order from them again.

Honestly the leather belt is decent for the money, but the sizing runs a bit small so I had to exchange it for the next size up. The return label was emailed to me and I had to print it myself, which was a faff. It looks good now that it fits and the buckle feels solid enough.

We needed a sofa in a hurry after moving into the new flat and the one from Henriks was the first we found that fitted the space. We have had it for two years now as a long-time customer of their home range. The cushions have kept their shape and the fabric is wiping clean. The delivery team carried it up three flights without fuss.

I bought the enamelled cast iron casserole dish after reading a few forum threads about it. It heats evenly on my induction hob and the lid seals well for slow braises. The handles get hot, so use a cloth, but otherwise I have no complaints and it has already become my go-to pan.

I ordered the canvas trainers and they arrived quickly and in the box I expected. The toe box is narrower than I thought though, so they pinch a bit on longer walks. I have not sent them back yet but I am not sure I will wear them much.

Ordered a skirt and two tops and it honestly beat the other sites I checked. The quality is miles better for the price, the fabric doesnt feel cheap. Got it in like three days which was quick. Would order again for sure, the sizing was spot on too.

I was rather pleased with how quickly the sign up went on the Henriks site, which I did not expect given how fussy some of these places are. The form asked only what it needed to and the confirmation email arrived straight away. I have not had any problems since, and I'm sure I'll be back.

My husband passed last year and I found I needed a warm dressing gown for the chilly mornings, so I ordered one from Henriks. It is soft against the skin and the belt is long enough to tie properly. The sleeves are roomy, which I appreciate, and the whole thing was delivered in a few days.

I ordered the canvas weekender bag from Henriks for a trip to see my sister in Harrogate. The stitching looks sturdy and it fitted in the overhead locker on the train, which I was pleased about. The zip on one side was a touch stiff at first but it has loosened up nicely.
