The site is easy enough to get around once you know where things are kept, and the checkout has never given me any bother. I ordered the canvas trainers and they arrived quickly and in the box I expected. The toe box is narrower than I thought though, so they pinch a bit on longer walks. I have not sent them back yet but I am not sure I will wear them much.
