Grohe

We needed a complete shower set when we had the bathroom redone and I wanted something that would last. The team on the phone helped me work out the right pressure for our boiler, which I was grateful for. The set itself is well made, the chrome is still bright after a year, and the instructions were clear enough for my son to fit it on a Saturday. Very satisfied.

Never bought plumbing bits online before so I was a bit nervous. The checkout asked for my postcode early and then showed me which fittings would work with my bathroom, which was really helpful. Payment took seconds and I got a confirmation email straight away. Parcel turned up on the Thursday as promised.

I am really happy with this, it was my first order and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The tap sits well on our sink and the finish looks just like the pictures. I liked that they sent a tracking link by email the same day. I would order from them again without any worry.

Got a little handheld shower head from them for my flat and it's honestly so nice. Checkout on my phone was dead easy, didn't have to make an account or anything. Only thing is it's a bit pricey for what it is but it works great so yeah.

I would say the shower system I ordered from their site is excellent value and arrived well packed. I had been unsure about buying a whole set online rather than from a showroom, but the instructions were clear and the customer team answered my query about fittings within a day. Very pleased indeed.

I'm a plumber by trade so I order from a few suppliers and this site is the one I trust for finding the right spare for an older fitting. The part numbers cross-reference properly and the stock levels on the site were accurate when I placed the order. Delivery was next day to the yard, which is exactly what I need when a job is waiting on it.

Best thing is it took me about five minutes to place the order on my phone while waiting for the kettle. The checkout remembered my address and the confirmation email came straight away. Really quick and no faff at all.

Got a new shower head from here last month and it is miles better than the old one. Took about ten minutes to screw on. Delivery was fast and the price was decent for what you get.

Compared with the budget tap I bought the first time, this one is a clear step up in how it feels and how it runs. I have been a customer for years and I like that the finish has stayed good through a hard water area. It cost a bit more, but the difference in daily use is obvious and the fittings went together neatly.

I had a look at the shower sets in the big DIY chains before ordering here and this one comes out better on the spec and how it is finished. The site let me compare the flow rates side by side, which was really useful. The set looks sharp in the bathroom and the pressure is much more even than the old one. Ordering was clear and delivery came in a sturdy box.
