Honestly this was a pain. The shoe rack that arrived looked nothing like the photos, the shelves are thinner and it wobbles. I got in touch and it took four days to get a reply, which was too long. Returning it has been a faff too, so I'm not keen to try again.

The dimmer switch on the lamp was the thing I liked most, you can go from bright for reading down to a soft glow for the evening. I had a look at a couple of other places first, mostly high street and one other online shop, and this one was the cheapest for what I wanted. Arrived well packed and the bulb was already fitted, which saved me a job. Happy with it.

Ordered the hallway lamp after looking at a few other sites, and this one was a bit cheaper than the rest. The shade is a nice weight and it is bright enough. Delivery took the full week they quoted and the box was a bit battered but the lamp was fine. Would have liked the bulb included but it's a small thing.

The size chart on the page matched what I actually got, which is rare for online clothing. I've bought running tops from enough places to know when a medium is really a small. This one fits true to the chart and the fabric feels proper.

I usually buy my cushions from a well known department store, but I found these here at a noticeably lower price. The fabric is every bit as good as the shop version and the covers have washed well so far. I was a little unsure about ordering online at first but the process was perfectly clear and I'm pleased I took the chance.

I looked at several other retailers before settling on these garden chairs, as I wanted something that would last outdoors. These came out ahead on value and the frame is well made. The order went through without any bother and the chairs were delivered promptly and in good order.

Compared this against the usual brand I buy for my car tools and this was a fair bit less. The socket set feels a bit lighter in the hand but the ratchet works smoothly. Delivery was a day later than promised, which was a small niggle, but I'd order again.

Needed a reading lamp for the spare room as my old one had given up. The lamp works fine but there was a small scratch on the base when it arrived, nothing major but I had to message them. They replied after about three days and offered a return label, which was fair enough. The return took a while to sort out though.

Ordered the kettle on Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday, which is fine. Box was a bit squashed but kettle was fine, boils quick, no complaints from me. Would order again, just quick on the phone so sorry for typos.

Bought a padded winter coat for my son who keeps growing out of everything. It has held up through a month of school runs and the zip still works. For what I paid it is hard to beat, and the sizes ran a touch big so I'd order one down. The returns form was simple enough when I needed to swap it.

I was rather taken with the handles on the saucepan set, which stay cool to the touch even on a hot hob. I had been using an older set with plastic handles that always seemed to loosen. These are riveted firmly and the lids fit snugly. The set arrived well wrapped and I have found it a pleasure to cook with.

Moved into a flat with a rubbish overhead light so I needed a proper lamp for the living room. Ordered on the site, it arrived a day later than they said which was a bit annoying but the lamp itself is lovely and the colour is exactly like the photo. Checkout was quick and easy. Only small niggle is the cable is a bit short so I've had to move the socket around, but otherwise fine for the price.

The gift wrap option at checkout was the bit I liked most, because I didn't have to fight with paper and sellotape the night before my sister's birthday. Ordered on the Friday, it came the Monday, and the box was already wrapped in plain paper with a little card I could write on. Saved me a trip to the shops and I didn't have to think about it again.

The adjustable arm on the reading lamp is solid and holds its position, which matters to me as I read in bed. Got it from here and it fitted the clamp to my headboard with no fuss. Simple, does the job.

Need a new charger for my laptop and this was the cheapest that works with it. Ordered it at lunchtime, it's here already. Works fine, no faff, I'll use them again.

Needed a present for my mate's birthday on Saturday and I'd left it too late. Found this gift set on the site and it was the only thing that would arrive in time. Ordered Thursday night on my phone and it came Friday morning, so that was a relief. The packaging looked nice enough and my mate liked it, so it worked out. Would use them again for last minute stuff.

I have been buying from this site for about eight years, mostly lamps and the odd bit of bedding. This time it was the adjustable reading lamp for my husband's side of the bed. The bulb setting is still easy to use and the base is sturdy. Delivery was quick and everything was packed carefully, as it always is with them.

Our old battery stopped holding charge so I needed a replacement for the drill. Looked at three other sites first and this one had the cheapest option that fit. It arrived fine but the battery was a little weaker than the listing suggested, so it's just okay.

Best purchase I've made this year honestly. Ordered a desk lamp for my bedroom, it came in two days and it's the perfect brightness for gaming and uni work. Would get something else from them.

Compared it with the big high street shop and this was a fair bit cheaper for the same air fryer basket set. Delivery took four days which was slower than the other place but the price made up for it. Checkout was easy enough, I'd buy from them again for basics.
