The dimmer switch on the lamp was the thing I liked most, you can go from bright for reading down to a soft glow for the evening. I had a look at a couple of other places first, mostly high street and one other online shop, and this one was the cheapest for what I wanted. Arrived well packed and the bulb was already fitted, which saved me a job. Happy with it.
Read moreHonestly this was a pain. The shoe rack that arrived looked nothing like the photos, the shelves are thinner and it wobbles. I got in touch and it took four days to get a reply, which was too long. Returning it has been a faff too, so I'm not keen to try again.
Read moreMoved into a flat with a rubbish overhead light so I needed a proper lamp for the living room. Ordered on the site, it arrived a day later than they said which was a bit annoying but the lamp itself is lovely and the colour is exactly like the photo. Checkout was quick and easy. Only small niggle is the cable is a bit short so I've had to move the socket around, but otherwise fine for the price.
Read moreNeeded a reading lamp for the spare room as my old one had given up. The lamp works fine but there was a small scratch on the base when it arrived, nothing major but I had to message them. They replied after about three days and offered a return label, which was fair enough. The return took a while to sort out though.
Our old battery stopped holding charge so I needed a replacement for the drill. Looked at three other sites first and this one had the cheapest option that fit. It arrived fine but the battery was a little weaker than the listing suggested, so it's just okay.
