Went with these over the dealer for a set of bucket teeth and they were noticeably cheaper than what I was quoted locally. Quality seems alright so far, only been on a few weeks. Shipping was a day quicker than the other place I tried.

We needed a replacement starter motor after the old one packed in during a dig, and the machine was off the job for a couple of days. I have been ordering from here for years so I knew the parts would be genuine. Delivery was a touch slower than usual this time, but the stock was right and the price was fair.

Our 13 tonne was down with a leaking ram and we needed the seal kit sharpish. Know my way round hydraulics so I could check the spec myself before ordering. Got it sorted without any bother.

Looked at three suppliers for a new set of travel motor seals before picking this one, and the prices here were the sharpest without being suspiciously cheap. The seals fitted the machine properly and the order came with everything listed on the invoice. Happy with it.

We had a bucket pin wear out on the digger and the whole job was sitting idle until it got sorted. I knew the part number off the old pin so I searched it straight away. Got the pin and bushes within the week, which is about what I expected for a non-stock item.

Quick one from the site, ordered a hydraulic hose on my phone during a break and it went through fine. Turned up two days later, fits the machine, sorted the job. Nothing to fault really, will be ordering from them again.

Ordered a set of track links for the 8 tonne machine and they were fine when they arrived. The price went up a bit between adding to basket and checking out, which was annoying.

Bought a set of hydraulic filters for the old 20 tonne machine, same as the last two lots I got from here. The filters were fine but one of the boxes arrived with a dented corner and the returns form was a bit of a fiddle to find on the site. Delivery was prompt enough though.

Going with these over the other online place was a no brainer after the price difference on a hydraulic pump. Arrived in a couple of days and the part was spot on.

I would say this is a sound supplier for excavator parts, and I have used them three times now. The pins and bushes I ordered for my 14 tonne machine arrived well packed and the prices are fair against the dealer. The order confirmation was a little slow to come through, and I did have to chase it once by phone, which was a nuisance, but the staff were civil and helpful when I did get through to them.

First time ordering here and the search by machine make and model is what really stood out to me. Found the right track rollers for my mini excavator in a couple of minutes. Delivery took three days which was fine, and the item was exactly what I needed.

Compared this with a couple of other sites for a bucket cylinder seal kit and this was miles cheaper. Stuff turned up quick and everything was there. Would order again, no question.
