Compared three sites for a set of bucket teeth and this one came out cheapest once delivery was added on. Ordered on a Monday, the teeth turned up Thursday, all fitted straight onto the machine no bother.
Read moreCompared a few places for a set of bucket pins and went with these because they looked cheapest. The pins were not quite the size I had ordered, so I had to send them back and wait for a replacement. Sorted in the end but it was a slow process.
Read moreI would say this is a sound supplier for excavator parts, and I have used them three times now. The pins and bushes I ordered for my 14 tonne machine arrived well packed and the prices are fair against the dealer. The order confirmation was a little slow to come through, and I did have to chase it once by phone, which was a nuisance, but the staff were civil and helpful when I did get through to…
Read moreOur 13 tonne was down with a leaking ram and we needed the seal kit sharpish. Know my way round hydraulics so I could check the spec myself before ordering. Got it sorted without any bother.

Looked at three suppliers for a new set of travel motor seals before picking this one, and the prices here were the sharpest without being suspiciously cheap. The seals fitted the machine properly and the order came with everything listed on the invoice. Happy with it.
ordered a starter motor for our digger last week. came in a couple of days, fitted it myself and it started first go. easy site to use too, search by machine was dead simple tbh.
The breakdown of the parts list on the site is what got my attention, grouped by system so I could find the hydraulic hoses without guessing. Got the hoses within the week and they were a good match. Price was reasonable for what they are, nothing dodgy about it.
We needed parts for an older machine that the big dealers had stopped stocking, and I was worried we would end up scrapping it. The team here tracked down the right gasket set and sent it through with a clear note on fitting. I am very grateful for the patience shown on the phone when I could not quite describe the part.
Good parts at a fair price, that is the main thing for me. Ordered a fuel pump for the excavator and it fitted first time with no fuss. Turned up two days after ordering, packed properly with the parts wrapped separately so nothing got knocked about. Will be back when the next service is due.
Quick one from the site, ordered a hydraulic hose on my phone during a break and it went through fine. Turned up two days later, fits the machine, sorted the job. Nothing to fault really, will be ordering from them again.
Going with these over the other online place was a no brainer after the price difference on a hydraulic pump. Arrived in a couple of days and the part was spot on.
Compared this with a couple of other sites for a bucket cylinder seal kit and this was miles cheaper. Stuff turned up quick and everything was there. Would order again, no question.
