Way better than the other site I used, the sizing chart actually matched what arrived. Delivery was a day late though, just a bit annoying. Otherwise lovely, the top looked nicer in person.

The little crossbody bag is the detail I love most, the strap is adjustable and the zip feels sturdy. Ordering was dead easy. Came quicker than I thought it would. Would buy again x

Compared to the big department store I used to buy from, this is far easier for me. The bedding I ordered was softer than what I got before and the washing instructions were printed clearly on the label. I've been a customer for years now and haven't had a bad experience yet.

Compared to the supplier I was using before, this is much simpler to deal with. Placed my first order for protein powder and the flavour I wanted was in stock. Shipping was fast and the tub was sealed properly. Haven't had any issues with the quality so far, and the account setup was painless.

We needed new hallway lights because the old fitting was dated and dim, so I went looking for something simple to fit myself. Compared three shops and this one had the best range plus clear fitting guides. The pendant arrived well packed, no damage, and the bulb was included. Ordering took a few minutes and I got a confirmation email straight away.

Got a little fern for my desk and it arrived in good shape, the roots were still moist. One leaf was bent but the rest looked healthy. The pot was a bit smaller than the photo, which is fine. Would order again.

Our old filter had packed in so I needed a replacement quickly before the heating season. Found the right one by typing in the make of the boiler. The price was a bit above the cheapest I found, but it was in stock and I didn't have to wait. Delivery was prompt and the box was intact.

The tote bag has a proper internal pocket which I didn't expect at this price, and the handles feel sturdy enough for a heavy shop. Took a day longer than the estimate to arrive but they emailed me updates. The returns label was a bit fiddly to print at home, otherwise no complaints.

Bought the merino cardigan three winters ago and it's still going strong after lots of washes. I've ordered a few more things since, including a pair of slippers, and the quality has stayed consistent. The fit is roomy but comfortable and the colours haven't faded at all. Lovely to deal with.

Ordered the gel polish kit with the LED lamp and the colour range is spot on, the shades look exactly like the swatches on the site. I've been doing my own nails for about six years so I'm fussy about formula and this one levels nicely and cures properly in under a minute per coat. Packaging was tidy and the bottles weren't gummy. Would happily order again.

My old stand snapped on the bedside table so I needed something quick. Found a cheap one on here and it arrived the next day. Works great, holds my phone steady for films.

Switched from the older way of buying these, which meant going to the shop and hoping for stock, and this is far easier. I can see what's available and get it delivered to work. The product itself has been reliable for me so far.

Ordered a replacement water bottle lid on the train, the site loaded fine on my phone and checkout took about a minute. Delivery came the next morning, which was faster than I expected. Only thing is the app kept logging me out so I had to sign in twice, but the order itself went through and it's sorted now.

Really happy with my first order, the whole thing was quick and the checkout was simple enough. Items arrived in two days and everything was as described. Sizing on the hoodie runs a touch big so I'd go down one, but it's a small thing. Good value for what you get and I'll be back for another.

Needed a birthday present for my sister in a hurry and the next day option saved me. Picked a candle set and a card, checkout took two minutes on my phone. Arrived on time and the wrapping was fine. Saved me a trip into town.

Honestly does everything I wanted from a trainer brand. Tried a couple of others before this and the cushioning on these is better for my knees. Ordered on a Monday and they turned up Wednesday. Happy with it.

Ordered the drill set for some jobs round the house and the verdict is it's a solid buy. The case is sturdy and the bits are the right size. The one thing I'd flag is the returns form was fiddly to fill in online when I sent back a spare. Otherwise no complaints.

Honestly the whole thing from start to finish was easy. Ordering the kitchen scales took about five minutes and the site showed exactly what was in stock. The scales are accurate, the display is easy to read, and everything arrived boxed up with the instructions included. I've been buying kitchen stuff from them for years and it has always been reliable.
