We needed new hallway lights because the old fitting was dated and dim, so I went looking for something simple to fit myself. Compared three shops and this one had the best range plus clear fitting guides. The pendant arrived well packed, no damage, and the bulb was included. Ordering took a few minutes and I got a confirmation email straight away.
Read moreThe tote bag has a proper internal pocket which I didn't expect at this price, and the handles feel sturdy enough for a heavy shop. Took a day longer than the estimate to arrive but they emailed me updates. The returns label was a bit fiddly to print at home, otherwise no complaints.
Read moreOrdered the gel polish kit with the LED lamp and the colour range is spot on, the shades look exactly like the swatches on the site. I've been doing my own nails for about six years so I'm fussy about formula and this one levels nicely and cures properly in under a minute per coat. Packaging was tidy and the bottles weren't gummy. Would happily order again.
Read moreWay better than the other site I used, the sizing chart actually matched what arrived. Delivery was a day late though, just a bit annoying. Otherwise lovely, the top looked nicer in person.
Got a little fern for my desk and it arrived in good shape, the roots were still moist. One leaf was bent but the rest looked healthy. The pot was a bit smaller than the photo, which is fine. Would order again.
Our old filter had packed in so I needed a replacement quickly before the heating season. Found the right one by typing in the make of the boiler. The price was a bit above the cheapest I found, but it was in stock and I didn't have to wait. Delivery was prompt and the box was intact.

Really happy with my first order, the whole thing was quick and the checkout was simple enough. Items arrived in two days and everything was as described. Sizing on the hoodie runs a touch big so I'd go down one, but it's a small thing. Good value for what you get and I'll be back for another.
Ordered the drill set for some jobs round the house and the verdict is it's a solid buy. The case is sturdy and the bits are the right size. The one thing I'd flag is the returns form was fiddly to fill in online when I sent back a spare. Otherwise no complaints.
