Compared to the high street chain I used to go to, this is so much easier, I've been ordering from them for about six years now. The site is quick to search and the checkout doesn't make you jump through hoops. Parcels have always turned up when they said they would, and I've never had to chase anything. Sorted my winter bedding in one go last month.
Read moreI needed a replacement part urgently because my old one had packed up in the middle of a job. The order went through fine but the delivery said two days and took closer to five. It did arrive in the end, though I had to ring them twice to find out where it was. Not the speed I was after.
Read moreI needed something reliable for my mother's care routine and I'd heard good things about this company. I placed the order on a Tuesday and it arrived the Friday, which I was pleased with. The packaging was tidy and the items were exactly as described. I did think the prices were a little higher than I'd hoped, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Needed some bits for the new flat so tried this site for the first time. Everything arrived in one go and it was easy to follow. Bit of a shame one item was out of stock but they told me straight away.
Bought the solar garden lights a while back and they've been going nicely since. Two of them dimmed after a few months, which is a bit of a niggle, but they still come on at dusk. The order and delivery were both fine. I'd buy from them again.
Compared it to the other shop I usually use and this was quicker to order from. Delivery took two days which was fine. The price was a bit higher than I'd like though.
Needed a new pair of running shoes after my old ones wore through. I looked at a few places and this was the most reasonable on price. The order went through fine and the shoes came the day after. They're comfortable so far.
Bought a pair of kids' pyjamas, the cotton feels soft and they've washed well. The price was reasonable for the quality. Delivery was a couple of days and the box came intact. Happy with it, though the sizes run a little small.
