Compared to the high street chain I used to go to, this is so much easier, I've been ordering from them for about six years now. Ordered a lamp that was fine but not quite as bright as I'd pictured from the photos. Took me a while to find the returns page and then the label was a bit fiddly to print. The item arrived on time and packed well. Quite a lot of effort to send it back though, so I kept it in the end.
