The first thing I noticed was how carefully the slats were wrapped, nothing bent or scuffed when I unpacked it. I'd been a bit worried about putting it together on my own but the instructions were clear and my husband only needed to lend a hand with the side rails. The people on the phone were patient when I had a question about the centre support. It's sturdy and quiet, which is what I wanted.

Pretty happy with my first order, the bed frame went together with the instructions they sent. I did have to email them about a missing bolt and they replied within a day, which was good. Only minor thing was the packaging was a bit dented.
We needed something for the spare room quickly as my sister was coming to stay. Ordered on the Monday, it came the following week. Box was a bit of a struggle to get up the stairs but the mattress itself is fine.
