Compared with the usual high street site I'd normally use for a dining chair, this was a fair bit cheaper and the spec looked similar. I ordered two from them and went back and forth for a day before clicking buy. They arrived well packed and the chairs are comfortable enough to sit at for a long dinner. The seat cushions are a touch firmer than the photos suggested but I like that. Glad I went with them.

Honestly the first thing that got me was how cheap the shipping was on a big cabinet, way under what the other shops wanted. I'd looked at about four sellers before picking them, and this one was the only place that didn't hit me with a nasty surprise at checkout. Box came in one piece and the bits were all there, so no complaints.

The delivery charge is lower than I've seen elsewhere for something this size, which is what made me pick them over the other shops. I bought a flat pack bookcase and a set of cushions and the total came in well under what I'd budgeted. The instructions for the bookcase were clear enough that I put it together on my own in an afternoon. Nothing broke in transit and the cushions were exactly what the listing showed.

Honestly really good, got a desk chair from them and it's sound. Ordered on a Friday and it turned up Tuesday, no faff at all. Build was easy, took me about twenty mins. Would order again.

I was rather pleased with the armchair I ordered from this company, which arrived in very good condition and exactly as described. The upholstery is of a good weight and the frame feels solid when I sit in it. Delivery was punctual and the driver was courteous when he brought it through. I have had nothing but good dealings with them and I'd be happy to recommend the chair to a friend.

The cushion covers feel a bit thinner than I'd expect from a set at this price, and the zip on one of them is already catching. I've been buying soft furnishings for years so I know the difference. They still look fine on the sofa and the colour matches the photos. Customer team replied on the same day when I got in touch.

I compared it with a well known high street site before buying and this one was about twenty pounds more for the same garden table. The table itself is fine and the delivery came quickly, but I'd have saved the money if I'd gone elsewhere. The site was easy enough to use.

Ordered a floor lamp from them last week and it turned up without any damage, which is what I was worried about with something so tall. The box was a bit of a squeeze to get through the flat door though. The lamp itself is decent quality and the switch works first time. Easy to order too, I did it all on my phone on the bus.

We needed a wardrobe for the spare room before the new baby came along, so I was after something affordable that would fit a tight space. The price is fair for the size and the flat pack went together without any missing bits. It took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but it came in one piece. It's sorted now and the room looks much better.

The shelf unit I got is smaller than it looked in the pictures, like a good few centimetres less than I expected. It's still sturdy and the paint finish is nice though. Came really quick, dispatched the next day. Not sure I'd rush back for another one but it's fine.

Good value for the rug I bought, and it's a nice weight on the floor. The one thing I'd mention is the order confirmation took a fair while to come through, so I wasn't sure it had gone in for a bit. Once it did, everything was on time. Would still get something from them again.

We were renovating the hall and needed a large mirror that would stand up to a fair bit of knocking about, so I went looking for something solid. I know a fair bit about furniture from working in a showroom, and the frame on this one is properly finished. The fixings in the box were the right ones and the hanging instructions were clear. Good value for what you get.

Needed a rug for the lounge before my in-laws came round at the weekend so I was in a bit of a panic. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and the site was fine to use on the small screen. It came in time and the rug is a good size for the room. Happy with it.

I needed a replacement bed rail after the first one arrived with a bent bracket, and I'd already compared a few other sellers before ordering. The rail itself is fine once it's on, but getting it swapped took most of two weeks of emails and phone calls. The old one had to be sent back first, which seemed a bit roundabout. In the end it was sorted and the new one fitted.

I bought a pair of bedside tables from the site after looking at what the big shops wanted for similar. They cost less than I expected and the drawers run smoothly. The delivery was on time and they were wrapped carefully. For what I paid I can't complain at all, they're doing exactly what I need.

I used to buy my curtains from the shop in town but they were far more expensive and took ages to order. This is a much simpler way to get them, the measurements were easy to enter and the lining is good quality. I've had three orders with them over the years now. Always arrives properly packed.

Got a tall bookshelf from them for the flat, typed this on the bus so forgive me. It came in three boxes and the screws were all there, took me an evening to put together. One of the shelves is a bit wobbly until you tighten the back panel properly, but once it's sorted it's fine. Would order again.

Yeah it's decent, got a storage unit and it does the job. Took a while to arrive though, nearly three weeks, which was the only annoying bit. Other than that no complaints.

Ordered a sofa bed for the spare room and it was my first time buying from them. The checkout was straightforward, it said it would arrive in about ten days and it turned up on day nine with the delivery driver ringing ahead. Everything was packed well and the bed opens and closes easily. Happy with it so far.

Way quicker than the other site I usually use for home bits. Bought a bathroom cabinet during my commute and it came the following week. Nice finish on the door and the fixings all worked.
