Ordered a floor lamp from them last week and it turned up without any damage, which is what I was worried about with something so tall. Got a tall bookshelf from them for the flat, typed this on the bus so forgive me. It came in three boxes and the screws were all there, took me an evening to put together. One of the shelves is a bit wobbly until you tighten the back panel properly, but once it's sorted it's fine. Would order again.
Yeah it's decent, got a storage unit and it does the job. Took a while to arrive though, nearly three weeks, which was the only annoying bit. Other than that no complaints.
