Cotosen

Bought the cordless drill from them. I have used a few of these over the years so I know what to look for. Battery life is decent, the chuck holds bits tight, and the spec matched the listing.

Our office kettle had died and we needed a replacement that wouldn't cost a fortune. I looked at a few options and ended up here because the price was lower than the big department store sites. The kettle arrived on time and was boxed well, though the cable is shorter than the photo made it look. Dropped the price on the next order for the same kettle too.

Compared it with two other sites before ordering and this one came out cheaper once delivery was added on. The checkout was a bit slow on my phone and i had to log in twice, but the order arrived when they said it would and everything matched the listing.

Got a desk lamp from them as my first ever order here. It works fine and feels sturdy enough. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped and the instructions were a bit vague.

Happy with my first order, I was a bit nervous about buying from a site I hadn't used before. Everything was clearly listed and the item looked just like the photos. It came in a sturdy box and no damage at all.

We had a small flood in the utility room and needed a new dehumidifier right away. I looked at three other places and they all wanted a week or more for delivery. This one had it with us the next morning and the price was in line with the rest. Setting it up took two minutes.

Checked a few places before buying and this was the cheapest once I'd added on the delivery charge, which I didn't expect to be as low as it was. The checkout was straightforward and I got a confirmation email straight away. Found the search a bit fiddly on my phone, mind, but I got what I needed in the end and it turned up the next working day.

The price per pack was the bit that won me over, it worked out cheaper than the big supermarket sites for the same stuff. Delivery was on time and the order tracking was accurate. Nothing to complain about for the money.

I bought a replacement attachment for my cordless vacuum from them, which I had been looking for in several places. It arrived a few days later than the estimate, which was a little inconvenient, but it fits perfectly and the price was reasonable. I would be happy to order from them again.

I would say the ordering process was clear and I didn't have to ring anyone to sort out my order, which I appreciated. The goods arrived when they said they would and were well packed. I've ordered a few times now and I'm happy to say the prices have been fair. I shan't hesitate to use them again.

Used another app for ages and it was always slow to load and the search was rubbish. Switched to this one on the phone while on the bus and the search actually finds stuff. Compared it to the old app and it's miles quicker, checkout took about a minute, and my parcel was dispatched the same day. Haven't had any issues since and I'd switch back to this for good.

I have ordered from them for years now and the thing that stands out is how consistent they are. Sizing has always matched the chart and returns have never been a bother. My last order arrived on the day they gave me.

My charger packed in on the way to uni so I needed one that would turn up quick. Found one here and it came the next day. Works a treat and was cheap too.

Compared this with a couple of bigger names before buying and it came out cheaper for the same bag. The checkout asked me to confirm my address twice but that was it. Parcel showed up well packed.

Bought the hoodie in my usual size and it's come up a bit smaller than I thought, so I'm not sure about it yet. I had looked at a couple of other sites before this one and the price was good. Delivery was quick and the site was easy to use. Might exchange it for the next size up.

Really good, works perfectly and arrived quicker than I thought it would. Would totally get something else from here, the stuff is decent and the prices are fair for what you get. Packaging was tidy too.

My sister's birthday was coming up and I had forgotten to sort a present until the last minute. I compared a few shops and this one had a decent range that could still arrive in time. Got it sorted and she was pleased with it.

Went to a shop first but they had none left, so tried this instead and it was a lot quicker than going round town. Ordered from the phone during my lunch break and the tracking updates were spot on. Would use again.

Went for this because the price was lower than the other sites I looked at for the same kit. Ordering was quick and I didn't need to create an account. The item arrived in good nick and I've already used it a couple of times, so for the money I think it's a sensible buy and I'd order from them again.

Really quick to order and it turned up two days later, no fuss at all. Got a phone case and a pack of cables for under a tenner, which is the main reason I keep coming back to this place tbh. Would definitely use again.
