100%Would buy again
Our office kettle had died and we needed a replacement that wouldn't cost a fortune. I looked at a few options and ended up here because the price was lower than the big department store sites. The kettle arrived on time and was boxed well, though the cable is shorter than the photo made it look. Dropped the price on the next order for the same kettle too.

Compared it to the old app and it's miles quicker, checkout took about a minute, and my parcel was dispatched the same day. Haven't had any issues since and I'd switch back to this for good.

Got a desk lamp from them as my first ever order here. It works fine and feels sturdy enough. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped and the instructions were a bit vague.

Bought the hoodie in my usual size and it's come up a bit smaller than I thought, so I'm not sure about it yet. I had looked at a couple of other sites before this one and the price was good. Delivery was quick and the site was easy to use. Might exchange it for the next size up.

Cotosen is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom that sells a range of everyday products through its website. The site is organised into product categories, and customers place their orders directly online without visiting a physical shop. Because the company is a relatively small presence in the online shopping sector, detailed information about its product lines, suppliers and delivery arrangements is limited in public sources.
Customers who shop with Cotosen buy through the website and can read reviews from other buyers before making a purchase. Reviews on this page give shoppers an independent way to judge the company's service, product quality and dealings with customers.
